Yesterday i went to panchavati sweets near bustand in nizamabad and i brought 90₹ sweets will gave debit card to swipe that 90₹ but he will sead to me will swipe cards minimum 300₹

Am asked to the shope man is there any rule about minimum swipeing and he is talking very roude (This is my wish go and complaint against me what you want do just do.) like this
