I had ordered a kurti from pancy deal on 15th december 2017 under order no.

20668. But even after 24 days neither the product is received nor any

Communication from the company regarding the status of my order.

When i tried to enquire through their website there is no address nor valid

Contact no. I think this is a bogus company just out to lure customers

Into making advance payments and not delivering the products.

Such companies should be made to close their website before they

Dupe more customers and malign online marketing

Updated by pullika I wanted to know from other customers who have received the product, that have they made advance payments?

or made the payment after the product is received, because it may be that whenever they receive the money in

advance they don't deliver at all and send substandard products to those who will be making the payment after

receive the courier but make payment before they open the package.

I ordered from this this, but didn't get any msg or mail for order confirmation, but the money got deducted, plz refund my money, it's really a fake site, Facebook should block such sites, my order number is 19840 .

I ordered a saree. My order number is 23669.
I ordered it on 20/12/2017
But not received yet
I mailed 3 times to pancydeal but no reply is given by him
I paid the bill online so plz give reason why my order is not reached and provide me tracking number of my order and take legal action.
