Order #56122 (February 12, 2018)

I ordered a saree from pancy deal looking in the facebook. The saree cost is rs.800 including delivery charges. I was shocked to see a waste cloth inside on opening the parcel. I didn't receive my ordered saree instead there was a waste cloth kept inside not worth for rs.50 itself.
Paid money in cash on delivery (Cod) for the wrong product.
There is no refund or return option available on the site.

Please help me to return it and get my money refunded.

Incorrect shipment recieved. I ordered a kurti and recieved a saree.
Order number 58170 and the package is pathetic and poor quality.
I will be in contact with consumer grievance cell of india and am in process of filing a formal police complaint.
Shipment recieved by dehlivery and dated 15 march 2018
Cost paid is 585.00 inr
If such response then police will take necessary action.

I have paid 1257/- i have ordered 2 saree. But i have received 3 cloth piece on 12th March 2018.

My order number is 58208.

Now i am unable to return as the site is not working.

Kindly please help me how to return those cloth and get refund. Kindly pay my money back as soon as possible.

This is a really fake site, where no information is available for customers to communicate with them. This is absolutely a fake site. Kindly report for this site. We have ordered a kurti from this site and we have not received any message from them about docket. There is no information about customer care. There contact numbers are switched off and there mail ids are not found. Where do we contact ?????? This site shoud be reported by everyone so that it can be deleted.

My order number : 56736 ordered saree on feb 17th 2018. I have ordered blue and cream half and half saree but the pancy deal sellers sent me another worst saree.
Those people are fraud and i paid 700rs and want them refund immediately.
I don't accept this way of behavior. Please help me how to get the refund back.
I sent a reply for the mail confirmation of the product but went into vain.
I could see the return address on the product.

Shocked to see the wrong product inside the cover... Without mentioning email address and also phone number...
They show bolywood photo and delivered cheap rate material... Totally different...
Paid rs 700 along with tax. Cash on delivery etc...
I have wasted my money...
To be frank they r fraud...
Please do the needful to get the money back as soon as possible

I placed an order for two saree rs.499/- each. I was delivered 1 salwar very very poor quality with damage and had to pay rs.1250/- which includes cash on delivery charges as well.
The two phone numbers given in the parcel and on the website does not exist.
This is really a very disgraceful behaviour on part of the website and the seller. I very strongly feel that this is a fraudulent website as
1) they do not have a valid contact number.
2) you can not create a login id on their website
3) they are having only cash on delivery option because if they have to take online payment the bank would check the authenticity of the company and they would not qualify at that.
4) they are delivering really substandard products

This is with reference to my order number #55699 created on 9th february, 2018.

The courier service that you contacted for the delivery could not reach me.
I was at my work place at that time and could not receive their call.
I tried to cal them several times after that, but could not reach back.
I even tried to call the blue dart courier customer care service, but to no avail.

Please cancel the order as it is too late now.

I placed order for the product : velvet machine work black semi stitched lehenga x 1 for rs. 922.88 vide order no. 53321date: february 4, 2018 payment method: cash on delivery online through pancy deal.
The product has been received on 12 february. But to my dismay, the ordered product is not delivered. It is entirely different from the lehenga ordered by me.
I would request to accept the return of product and refund the amount paid by me rs. 922.88 by me in cash.
The email sent to pancy deal at the address given on website is not delivered because [protected]@woorockets.com address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email. Also pancy deal can not be contacted since the telephone numbers given on website/dispach parcel do not exist.
This appears a case of fraud and deficiency in service rendered by company.

My order no. Is 55225. I had ordered a embroidered saree of rs 699 on dated 8-2-2018.but when I receive my order on dated[protected].delivery boy's number is [protected].it's not the same.wrong product was delivered to me.it is very cheap quite different from my order ssree.it is hardly of rs 100-150.i tried many times to talk with customer care but there is no any contact number.it is a fraud and totally waste of money.now I want to replace or return it.

My order no. Is 55869. I received a wrong product. It's awb no. Is [protected]. I want to return the product but there are no options for return in the site. There is no contact details for return process. This product is from surat. It is very bad experience for me. Please initiate the return on behalf of me as soon as possible. I really need to return and refund the item.

Big fraud business.. Wrong products, even after requesting to cancel the order the product was sent. No numbers to contact... No email.. No response from them. A useless cloth was sent instead. Waste of money. They are cheating the people. Luring the people with expensive products in the site and sending useless clothes. Bloody basters. Cheating people. They will be jail

I received wrong product and want return but did not have any option where i can return product. Pancydeal email not working and contact number switched off, where i can raise return request and my money back.

What i had ordered and what has been delivered is definetly not the same.
There is no customer care number or email address where we can write to.
I need to return the material and ask for refund. Can some one help me here please. What is the procedure?
If this continues then comman people will loose hope on online websites.

In february 9, 2018 i have placed order #55495 and today (February 13, 2018) a package was delivered but not a single item in the package is one what i have ordered and the cash was collected as per original order.

I have tried calling in the number given in site, tried to contact through whatsapp and even tried whatsapp calling but the number is switched off.

I have not found any section in the site where it mentions the email id specificly for refund or for any concern purpose so i have tried to send mail with my refund or proper order delivery request at
[protected]@woorockets.com but the email is not going through as address can not be found.
So with no options left i have even shared the same request/complain under contact us section but no response.

I bought 2 sarees from pancy deal but didn't receive the same as per ordered.
This is really bad. Please don't buy from this site. This is fake site. We lost our money. We bought 2 descent coloured sarees from the site but we have received 1 dress material & 2 sarees which are very cheap colour & material. (Which we didn't buy.) quality of the material is also poor, worst. We request to please refund our money.

I had ordered two kurties from pancy deal on cod. They delivered very cheap two sarees. I tried to call in the number +91 [protected] given in their site (https://www.pancydeal.com/product-category/kurti/). but that is switched off. I sent mail in the email address [protected]@woorockets.com given in their site. It is also bounced.

This is the opened fraud happening in india. As i have seen so many complaints but no action is taken.

This is happening in india because of poorest action. If it was usa, this had been resolved at the door step.

I placed an order of pink and green coloured lehenga for Rs.699/- + charges. I received completely a different product - a bad orange coloured saree will maximum cost us Rs. 200/-. I can neither use it nor give it to some one. It was very poor in quality and very bad in colour and design. I sent an email for a return of product but my email bounced back. I called on the number provided in their website and found it was not reachable. I called the number provided in the bill at the time of delivery and found even that number was not reachable.
I do not have any other option to reach them out and return my product. My advise is please do not trust this website and loose your hard earned money.

On jan26, 2018, i made an order bearing number:50250, the order which was delivered to me is not the products i had made the order for in the first place. I would like to return and request for refund. I request for pickup from the place of delivery and cash refund. I had paid rs. 1140/-. Kindly treat this matter as urgent. And do the needful at the earliest.

I have ordered 2 sarees and one kurti in pancy deal online store on january 26, 2018. Order number is 50731. But we received 2 churidhar materials and 2 kurtis on 3 february, 2018, which are enterely different from the products we ordered. The contact number provided in the site is of no response. Pancy deal is a fraud company who always supply a wrong or too cheap items instead of original items to the customers who does the belief on the site. I also ordered for a sarees of rs 699/- but i receive a very cheap may be rs. 100 or low. There is no refund or return option available on the site. I'm going to consumer court for the complain of this site so that may be i'm able to get my refund...

I have purchased 1kurti costing 699 Rupees from the site. They have sent worst cheap clothe which is not having cost more than 50 Rupees. When i initiated the process for return there were no such process. Soon i search no. fromgoogle And called him. That boy has asked about ATM card no., CVV no. And even that boy is asking for OTP code too. I am in defence i know how can a soldier earn even a one rupee. My request is too please lookinto this matter. Sothat i should get my money back after returning item.
