Pancy Deal — product delivery and breach of trust

On making a complaint on delivery of the wrong product of cheap quality, an executive made contact referring herself as an executive with the contact number [protected], tried to initiate fake refund process and steal money from my account claiming as card to card transfer process.
If no one is going to respond about this they gonna keep cheating consumers. Pancy deal is needed to take claim on this for cheating public or else legal action would be soon proceeded on them.

Order no. 31821. Had ordered for a kurti paying ₹ 550, but received a cheap saree. Also, though the website says off for prepaid products, only COD option is open. and we are compelled to pay cash to the courier delivery person. there r no contact numbers n mail id for the company. Fraudsters

Ordered georgette embroidered blue & cream half & half saree...but received very very low third class quality dress...material...please send the correct product are return my 1200 rs as soon as possible..ur AWB NO :[protected]...DO IT AS SOON AS POSDIBLE. Thnkq sir
