Pancy Deal — wrong product given and no contact for return and refund

I have ordered a pink colour saree for mu wife and the product dispatched is wrong and very poor quality. The product which is shown was different and the product delivered is different and the quality of the product is so bad it is not of any use. The company should replace it with the product i ordered or should refund my money back ie 660/- rs. This company is a fraud company. I want file a case against them if the product is not replaced or my money is not refunded back.
