The website guided me only till the payment page and has even accepted my payment of rs.299 via debit card. After this, the webpage has stopped loading, and the helpline link provided in that site says the page is under maintainence.
I have not received any email from that website till now.

I have received an sms from my bank stating the deducted money.
I did not receive any documents from the website to fill either.
