Panind — correction in pan card (am

I have applied for correction in pan of my mother as on 23 june 2019. Since then i have not received nay update of my pan cars correction. Every time i track my pan card status there is only one answer under process documents under verification. Nobody pick the calls on customer care number. Panind already charged excess money for correction which is rs. 499 but still job is not done. If pan ind is not able to do the correction then please refund my money back at the earliest. My order id is am-[protected]cr. Please resolve my concern as soon as possible.
