With reference to my order no ve -[protected]lo for issuing duplicate pan card on 1/2/2019 as communicated in your mail on 8/04/2019 still iam waiting for your executive call since from three days but no call from your end.
My contentious effort to contact your customer support no is failed with your server ready made answer lines are busy from last 30 days.
I would like to know what your executive want to know from me.
My sincere request is refund my full amount including postal charges i e (499+250) 749.00 rs immediately. If you are not able to provide duplicate pan card.
Please confirm your decision to proceed further action..
