I have applied for new pan card and panind.com charged me rs499. The amount was not mentioned anywhere at the time of payment method. I got to know after the amount debited from my account. I have raised this issue to panind.com through mail but there is no response from there side. I want my refund. If panind.com can’t be able to resolve my issue then i need to accelerate this issue legally and may be with the help of media. So that all people get to know about this kind of fraud.
