Panind — I am complaining about delay for physical copy of duplicate pan card

Address:D/27,DEEPSHAL CHS, CHIKUWADI,NEW LINK ROAD,BORIVALI WEST

I have applied for duplicate pancard in month of December in 2021 and submit all documents on time i got mail also that I will get my copy within 4 week but your staff is not giving me proper answer about the physical copy of duplicate pancard its 4 month completed but I didn't get my copy of duplicate pancard and my work is stop due to this. It's humble request to you please send it as soon as possible. Otherwise I can file complaint against panind.
