Panind — I haven't received any mail or call about the pan card as its been a week I have sent them the required documents along with the pan card a

Sir,
Its been more than a week i have sent the required documents along with the pan application. I tried to track down the pan card status but it showed that "application withheld" and it also displayed a message "we tried to contact you but we were unable to do so".

Since the payment, i haven't received any email or call.
Kindly resolve my problem else i want a refund.
