Panind — I want to cancel my request for pan card and receive a refund

I applied for pan card yesterday i. E. 21st oct, 2019. I wish to cancel my request and get a refund. The number on the site is always busy i believed they blocked my number after a few calls and the email facility is extremely slow. They have charged too much of money and do not seem to be contacting me at all i havent received any sort of mail or message updating me about my pan card. Its just disguisting.
