Panind — money refund

I paid the amount for new pan card number and now i want to cancel the order and get refund, i tried to contact them but not getting them online. Poor customer support and they said refund of payment with in 3 days will be entertained and i tried to contact them after 1 day and still not getting them online. The charge for applying pan card is also high. I need to get refund and cancel the order. How can i contact them faster and let them know about it and i need refund amount 499
