Panind — no status on my pan card application

I applied for pan from panind.com. Order id: an-[protected]lo on 3/10/2019 and till today i have not got any confirmation or status report from panind.

Nobody replies to the emails i send to [protected]@panind.com except system generated automatic replies and if i call[protected] it keeps on ringing but nobody responds to the call.

I have paid the money and submitted my documents by professional courier to :
Pan incharge - pan consultancy center
#5, site iv, vikaspuri,
New delhi-110018
India

Please help me.
