Panind — nobody is picking up phone after payment

I have been regularly on follow up with panind team but no one is picking up cal. Payment has already been made but no response yet.

Its been more than 10 days since when i have dispatched documents and and no action was taken. It is very sad to say that these are the things which do not expect from a private company behaving like govt organization.
