Panind — not make pan card in 45 days also and did not inform any problems of not making and also took 600 rupees and time of me

Respected sir i have applied for pan card through site panind on 17th september, 2019 and sent all my documents but then i received a mail after 5 days that you have not mentioned your office details then i have also sent all details and post the letter second time. Now after almost 34 days of posting my second time the company has not give me any information regarding my pan card. Today in my office all said you will not be given salary this month also because you have no pan card so i have to apply second time for pan card to other site and from this site i want to refund my money 700 rupees. Sir the company has also wasted my more then 40 days i also need the compensation of my time and money because the company why not inform me within this period.
Please help me otherwise i ll complain to upper level against this site.
