Panind — not received my pan card

Address:Malpura village , house no. 72, Rewari, Haryana, 123106

I applied for new pan card online on 8th oct 2019 and still i have not received my pan card on my given address. Why it is so delayed. I have filled all the necessary information. Please tell me the status of the card and give me response because i need that urgently. I have given rs499/- but didn’t get my service. Please provide me service or refund.
