[Resolved] Panind — pan card / acknowledgement number not received after 15 days
I register in www.panind.com for getting a pan card on 30th April 2018 with ₹349. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply via mail showing “Discrepancy in Application” with suggestions “Full name will be printed on pan card “ and immediately i replied to that email to proceed with suggestions and provide me Acknowledgement Number. There after till date after 15 days i didn't receive even Acknowledgement Number thru email from panind.com. While tracking my pancard from their website, they show a message showing that “Application on hold”. I got the automatic reply from their site ([protected]@panind.com) whenever i sent a mail to them. In their webpage provided contact no [protected] is not working when we select for Indian citizen option phone cuts off every time. Either i need refund or i need my pan card. I don’t know why after so many customer’s complaint consumer forum cell is not taking any appropriate action against panind.com. I request consumer forum cell to advise me further course of action so i can get my pan card as soon as possible. I also request consumer forum cell to put customer complaints status of respective website which are easily searchable on search engines so customer can decide at the time of PAN application and if he is not satisfied with review he can search another website to apply pand card. I surprised why government website is not easily searchable on search engines. My PAN Application Confirmation Order ID : JI-[protected]N
I humbly request consumer forum cell to advise me further course of action.
