Panind — pan card application fees refund

You have asked for ₹100 payment for pan card application but you have charged us ₹499 which was not at all legit.
I would like to cancel my request and want my money back.

I've tried calling you since morning, dropped emails.You have poor customer care services, no response for mail, no phone calls attended.
Your policy's says tht you don't entertain complaints after 3 days of order, but you don't even respond to your customer's complaints within 3 days.
