Hi panind, I would have received my pan card last week if i had done it through government portal. I expected yours would be faster as you're charging extra. I applied around 2 months back. I have not received the pan card nor any updates from your end. I have attached the receipt of the online transaction. I have applied for duplicate pan card but have not received acknowledgment or application form i have paid 499 online and have attached receipt plz reply or refund the amount.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
