I would have received my pan card last week if i had done it through government portal. I expected yours would be faster as you're charging extra.
I applied around 2 months back. I have not received the pan card nor any updates from your end.
I have attached the receipt of the online transaction. I'm unable to track my pan card status online as it is asking for order id and i don't have it. Is pan india fraudulent?

I have raised a consumer complaint to speed up the process.
Call 1800114000 and raise your complaint. And register a complaint in the website https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
