Panind — panind.com is a fraudster company which should be made to shut down it's operations at the earliest

I applied for a new pan with panind.com since i lost my purse. I had paid 500 for this service.in just two days i retrieved my lost purse and informed panind to stop the application and to help me with my refund but their customer service is complete #! No one reverted back till date. I applied like 4 months back and no response still. Why does anyone let such a fraudster company run?
