Panind — regarding refund

Please provide me refund for the application of refund as panind is a fraud. I have applied for duplicate pan and i am trying to contact panind on the numbers provided but they are not providing any response. While applying they don't showed that they are deducting 499 rs and now m not getting any response from them. My order id is-mr-[protected]lo and payment id is-[protected]. Kindly refund my amount immediately otherwise i will take strict action against you.
