Panind — request for pan card application fee refund

Dear sir/madam,
I request for the refund of my application fee that was made out to panind some minutes ago and their subsequent auto-response on an email request for the same.
There is no other way to reach the authorities and i kindly request for the initiation and the subsequent completion of my refund procedure as soon as possible.

Updated by Vedang24 I am yet to hear back from a Panind executive after no less than 14 mails, all of them replies to an auto-reply from Panind and still no sign of a reply let alone the refund.
