Dear team,
I lost my pan card over a month ago and had filled in the necessary details for reapplying for lost pan card on https://panind.com/india/lost_pan/ and made the necessary payment as well through paypal. My pay pal transaction was successful and i received an email from paypal with my transaction id: 40856163jg8275159. I received an email from pan india confirming that my application is successful and my orderid is ya-[protected]lo.
After payment, i was directed to an online form titled 'request for new pan card or/ and changes or correction in pan data' where i had to duly sign the form, attach my photographs and self-attested document proofs for identity, address and date of birth and courier it to the below-mentioned address i. E.

All these formalities have been completed by me but it has been over a month since i sent the application form but i am yet to receive an email acknowledgement regarding my coupon/ack number or receive my pan card. I have tried to contact the customer care several times but each time they mention that they will shortly email me the acknowledgement number but till date, i am yet to receive the details.
