My coupon no has generated but the issue is when I track my coupon no there is the issue of incomplete scan documents hard copy so please submit my documents hard copy

Since one week my coupon status is-
Application is incomplete please upload the documents (scanned imags).
But there is no any action taken from Panind.
I am trying to contact them by phone but they have provided us a false contact number.
