I have been trying contacting you guys from past few days but no one answers. I have made payment for my mother's pan card online, transaction ID is [protected]. I have sent all the required documents to your office address as well whose receipt I have attached with this mail. Please let me know, how long will it take to get the pan card. If it's not possible, please refund my money.
