Panjab University Chandigarh — cancelled my exam without any reason

My name is manpreet singh. I took the admission in punjab university chandigarh to ug examination for december 2018 1smester. My application number is 164292. I have paid admission fees and i have proof of this. It is also confirmed by panjab university chandigarh. But before 5 days of exam it is tell me my exam is canceled. Without any reason.
