i had purchased a new mobile BSNL PENTA PS 501. On very first day I noticed that device's wi-fi MAC ADDRESS is changing by itself every time. The wi-fi MAC ADDRESS is unique for every device and changing is a crime by rule. I have filed complains to PENTAL TECHNOLOGIES, followed all process of complain. MY COMPLAIN ID is 41733. But even After 20 day of filing complain i got no response from them. The customer care of pental technologies is worst and never pick up call. i have wasted around rs 200 by calling them and staying on line.
The service center also provided no solution and they said we have informed the problem to pental technologies and we have received no response. Service Center Told they need 6 month for repair of device.
