Pantel Technologies — No service support for warranty item

I have purchased a BSNL penta mobile PS501. Mobile used to have frequent problems in display. I have given my mobile for service which is in warranty. After 2 month still my mobiles was not retured and there is no confirmation i am getting information from toll free as non available of spare
