Panthershieldz — Payment successful but order not placed.

From the website: https://panthershieldz.in/, I placed an order of flexiglass for my Poco X4 pro 5g mobile using Amazon pay. But after payment is processed, and when I returned to the site it didn't place any order. Please find the payment success mail from Razorpay as well.

however, the payment didn't redirect well and the after payment, it went straight to the Cart page and the product was still in cart. I tried reaching both the panthershieldz and razorpay through both call and mail. But didn't work.

I have had the same experience with Panthershieldz. I bought a flexi glass tempered screen and have not received any confirmation email. Payment went through. No chat service, what’s app service no response, call the number it’s switched off, sent emails to both email address and that delivery failed. Planning to file an official police complaint to prevent such spam

However, one thing we can do is by placing the order with cash on delivery... tried once and the order is shipped now.
