I placed an prepaid order for flexiglass, amount deducted and got confirmation from payment gateway.
However no order confirmation received. WhatsApp number and email id is not working.

I ordered the tempered glass for S21 FE 5G phone. I paid via UPI but received no invoice or order confirmation for past 2 days. I'm trying to contact them but they're not picking up the phone.

I ordered screen protector from them via their website. Paid in full. But it has been 8 days and there is no order confirmation on email and also order status has been changed. Its under processing since past 8 days.
I tried emailing them but that email is not working anymore (email bounced back) and their whatsapp no is also not working.
This seems like a scam, because they are still taking money but not delivering the product....

I have made the payments through upi for the screen guard but no confirmation of the product was sent to me for 2 days. Then when I tried to reach out to them through email or what's app, no reply was recived. I want my money back.

I had ordered a flexiglass for Vivo V25 smartphone but I had been delivered a worng flexiglass which is not suitable for my phone. I am trying to contact them since 5 days, all emails are been not delivered. No person to contact

From the website: https://panthershieldz.in/, I placed an order of flexiglass for my Poco X4 pro 5g mobile using Amazon pay. But after payment is processed, and when I returned to the site it didn't place any order. Please find the payment success mail from Razorpay as well.

however, the payment didn't redirect well and the after payment, it went straight to the Cart page and the product was still in cart. I tried reaching both the panthershieldz and razorpay through both call and mail. But didn't work.

The order is not confirmed nor tracked.

Phone number incorrect and email id is incorrect.

I recently ordered screen protection for LG Wing. my order id #[protected]. But recd it in a damaged state + no installing kit.

Their support mail id is not working
Their WhatsApp support is also dead

I never faced this hassle with my earlier purchases with Panthersheildz

Hi Support Team,

I have ordered a PantherShieldz FlexiGlass Tempered Glass Screen Guard Protector for Samsung Galaxy A53 5G with order #[protected] on Jan 27, 2023, 10:09:28 AM.
I have received it but not able to peel the protected layers to apply the screen gruad on my Samsung mobile.
I have sent an email for return and refund to [protected]@panthershieldz.in, but there was no response and WhatsApp also done to [protected], still no response since received the order
And finally I called them on [protected], but got an answer that they are on Holiday today.
Hence, raising a case to send return and get refund. Thank you in advance.

Incomplete items delivered in the aforesaid order ID[protected] dt. 24/10/22 amounting to Rs 379/-in r/o tempered flexiglass for moto g 20 fusion .
Following items in pack of flexiglass are missing though mentioned on carton contents of flexiglass.:-
1 alcohol pad
1 almunium squeegee
1 installation manual.
Additionally the flexiglass sent is under size by 2-3 mm on all 4 sides of the phone screen, which amounts to product misdescription and unfair trade practice.
Proper sized flexiglass for moto edge 20 fusion with all missing items be sent or the money paid be refunded to original mode of payment . Complaint made on whattsapp no. [protected]
of the company immediately on receipt of courier today i.e. 03/11/22 supported by the images of delivered items, carton etc.
No response or action taken by seller company .

Not even reply in wapp these guys told we will send the refund in 2 days and took the bank details a month ago and there is no reply or refund until now there is no response iam sending so many messages this is veryyy bad.

I orders this months back and i didnt recieve the items they said they will issue refund after 2 months of struggle and there is nothing until now and it has been more than a month again.

Payment done and order confirmation mail was not recieved yet. Couldnt track the order

I bought pixel 3 xl tempered, it was cash on delivery but product confirmation still didn't

I ordered 2 screen gaurd for Samsung A52S & One Plus 5 . They have courried only one item i.e. Samsung A52S. They did not ship other screen gaurd.

Also there web site no where mention that one one cable is free with order, As per there web site it seems 3 cables free with single screen gaurd. They are clerarly fooling people by misleading about 3 free cables. Also they did not fulful promise by sending all order item.

I've ordered tampered glass and it is not exact fit, it is excess than the screen.
Box is completely damaged.

I bought tenpered glass for my Asus ROG phone 3. The tempered glass is not edge to edge fit. Also it is short in width so doesn't fit with display. Within one hour of getting my product, i emailed them and after couple of days i emailed them 3 times but haven't listened from them yet. Really disappointed with product and customer service. I'll never recommend anyone for this product or company again.

I ordered a panther shieldz OnePlus Nord screen card and package was empty. Id like to you to send me the oneplus Nord screen card of panther shieldz

I ordered a screen guard from PantherSheildz and received it via courier. However as I changed my Mobile device, I returned the screen guard back even without opening the box.

I paid for the return charge myself and sent the box back to an address mentioned on the return and refund section of the website. The box reached the company in few days.

After that I tried to log a ticket on the website of Panther Sheildz for the refund, they responded to the ticket saying, please contact below whatsapp number with your details.

I sent all the details on the whatsapp number. But it has been more than 3 days and no one is responding to any of my messages on whatsapp. And the status of my ticket is closed now.

I tried to call the number and no one was receiving my calls.

What a pathetic customer service they have. And I do not have a clue for my refund yet.

Panther shieldz sent me incorrect order..
I am requesting to return my order but panther shieldz team are not responding to my request.

A few days before i have ordered a temperd glass for my phone for rs 500 through the company website panthershieldz.com. When it arrived it was not suitable for my phone so i contacted them and they told to return it though indian postal. Company has 15 days return policy too. I have returned it and even after so many days they haven't provided me the refund. So i called them again and again but they are not willing to even respond to it

We had bought two Tampered/ Flexi Glass from the online retailer Panthershieldz who claim that their flexi glass is even hammer proof. Those are worth 2000/-

when we actually received the product it were two stickers. From then we have been trying to reach out to them via every media possible. We have written to their website, we have posted in their FB page. They are deleting our posts of course. We have written in their FB messenger also. They are neither picking up calls nor they are replying back in any way. After so many posts once they replied back saying they are going to refund the amount but its been a while from since and we have of course written to them multiple times. But they did not reply back and we have never received our amount back.

They are the worst online retailer ever. Please take action and close their business so they can never cheat anyone else the way they did to us.

Panthershieldz boasts of providing high quality scratch proof protective tempered glass for mobiles and tabs. I was trying to order one for my samsung galaxy note 9. Their website did not show the option note 9. When called, i was told they have introduced the flexiglass for note 9 and it would cost 899 rupees along with type c cable. I ordered for the same. When i received, i was shi ked to know that, the screen guard they sent was a mere cellophane sticker of low quality, when i approached them for refund on return, i was told that as per policy i should return unused to get refund. They are shameless people and have heated many customers like this
