Placed an order with PaperCastle (Order ID: #23104SM24711) worth ₹1, 350, which included a Zorro jacket and a Nike trouser. However, upon delivery, I received only the trouser, and that too of extremely poor and unacceptable quality. The jacket was completely missing from the package. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller through their website and messaging platforms, I have received no response. There is no return option available on their website, and the lack of support has made it impossible to resolve the issue. This appears to be a case of online fraud or misleading e-commerce.
