Placed an order with PaperCastle (Order ID: #23104SM24711) worth ₹1, 350, which included a Zorro jacket and a Nike trouser. However, upon delivery, I received only the trouser, and that too of extremely poor and unacceptable quality. The jacket was completely missing from the package. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller through their website and messaging platforms, I have received no response. There is no return option available...

I ordered two pants from their insta page through instagram DMs, I did total payment of 990 INR. They stopped replying instantly after the payment, there are other people as well who got scammed by them....
