Paradise Restaurant — paradise unhygienic biryani and arguing with the customers, staff being rude, nobody to look after customers ignoring customers

This is praveen i along with my family and colleagues family with the kids went to paradise at guntur for dinner at 10:00 pm on 27th april
I. E. Friday. I have asked the staff for the table, and there was a table that needs to be cleaned. The staff was not responding to the customers, i had
To wait and finally they say there is no service over there. The what is the point in keeping the table for the customers?

Then we had another table and that was the real nightmare to our kids and our family there is no ac it's too hot and when i had asked the staff regarding this
They are least bothered about the customers and i see that the staff are also sweating and they are serving the food with the sweat, you can
Imagine how un hygienic it is, then the staff after waiting for 20 mins he says that biryani is not there we need to wait for 30 more minutes.
Then we had to wait along with the kids at the table and it's too hot no ac for more than 50 mins, we had been served with the biryani this is the
First time that i have seen completely un cooked chicken piece with the blood visible.
How can you think that the customers would blindly eat?
I know that you would not believe it i had taken the snaps for that reason.
I had asked the staff to call up the manager but nobody was really willing to call him, finally i had to personally go and search for him.
The movement i had informed he had taken the whole biryani and the pieces and later after 10 mins he had come with another piece to try and that's the same.
Do you experiment on the customers on the food?
Finally we had not taken the biriyani and by then it was 11 pm passed and we had no other option but to starve at night.
And the staff says that there is nothing available.

I have asked the server to call up the manager he says he will but he doesn't. Over all it's a bad experience to all o[censored]s.

This is the really bad image to the brand paradise how can someone serve the customers un cooked chicken piece with blood?
I need the explanation from the manager or the higher authority to look into this.
