Complaint docket no 3867492. To upload screenshot and explain the issue
I purchased a platinum red colour water purifier from Paramount pure website. I paid ₹21900 through credit card on APR 24, 2022. As per the warranty period 1 year service should be given for some parts it is 6 months. But they have denied all the free services. They have sold me a degraded worth ₹6000 product. I spoke to two persons one sales and service team who had sold me, telling me that they hadnever taken order from me. Cheater company Amith Sinha +[protected], Subhash [protected]. And they cunningly shared one not working toll free[protected].
