Paramount Group — false -late payment | |||
Hi mukesh ji (Managing director paramount group) Everyone understands the fact that you are quite busy person, but if have good customer care team to resolve all the issues there itself then no one will disturb you. I request you to please educate them so that they can behave professionally. Now, i have a unit in golfforeste p-415 and just because of your unprofessional banking team they have charged me late payment fee.. However as per bank they have issued the cheque on right time but your team has not entered to system. I enquired two years back and your team accepted the issue (Banking team) and ensured that we will rectify and remove the penalty. But they haven't since then and cheated me with false assurance. Now on offer on possession, they still have charged me the same amount.. This is one of the small issue which your customer and banking team helped me out 2 year back but now your unprofessional team has left me to complain everywhere to get it work.
