I have paramount insurance card of that particular hospital which come in their network but the hospital have decline to accept the cashless payment i have also called customer service but no one is helping me....

On the morning of 18th June 2023, my senior citizen (66 yrs) mother was attacked and bitten by a stray dog near the clubhouse inside the society premises of sector 137 Paramount Floraville society.
She was on her regular morning walk when the dog bit her from behind. There was no provocation from anyone. She has suffered a category-2 dog bite.

There are almost 20 to 25 ferocious stray dogs in my society which is full of kids and senior citizens. Due to this menace, dog bite has become a common problem here. These dogs are unvaccinated and unsterilized.

We pay a heavy price to live in such a big society. Cost includes the safety of its residents.
Who is responsible for the sterilization and vaccination of these stray dogs?
Why are these dogs not removed from gated residential societies? We want immediate action on the builder and maintenance staff of the Paramount Floraville Society.

    I Sanjaykumar Vasantdas Shah participated in medical group claim of IDBI Bank in the year Nov21 to Nov 22 My Employee I D is 701465 and Insurance PHS ID is 26173602. I was admitted to Sahyadri Hospital Deccan Gymkhana Pune for lumber Stenosis operation on 11 Nov 21 and discharged on 14Nov 22 At the time of discharge while settlement of mediclaim company deducted amount relating to administrative and operation theater related charges. But the administration and operation theater related charges are coverable as per company brochure name as IDBI Silent features of group Insurance for year Nov21 to Nov 22 For this I reclaimed the deducted amount by registerd post on 22/ 11/22 by providing necessary documents but till this day they neither answered by post or email in spite of my reminder by email. But my email ticket was closed twisly on there website by giving reason of their clause no 4 4 21 which is not mentioned in any documents provided by them

      Dear sir/madam

      i want to complaint about paramount diagnostic centre in delhi

      staff says mofa is updated on 11aug2022 but today is 18aug2022
      mofa is not updated tilll now
      they dont picking up my calls from 12aug2021

      they dont do thier jobs
      i will pay for it???

        Hi Iam Shalini Priyanka C, I am having health insurance in Paramount TPA under Adithya Birla insurance company, on my insurance coverage for lasik surgery all the documents were submitted by the Hospital called Narayan Nethralaya, the total amount for my surgery costed 1, 35, 000 and Paramount TPA had initially approved for 60, 000 and when I reached out i was said that remaining amount will be covered on basis of final document submitted by hospital, post my surgery i waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours in the hospital for the approval from Paramount TPA, and the final approval received from the Paramount TPA was only 45, 988 and i was totally stuck in the end since I had hope on TPA and in last movement they gave up telling they would cover only 45, 988, that impacted me and my family very badly. If this was the case why did they initially approve 60, 000 and in final movement leaving us in trouble it seriously not accepted, i want my paid money to be reimbursed by the Paramount TPA.

          Hi, i'm resident of paramount emotion there is 2 street dog they biting people as well as pet but manegment is deaf and dumb they always saying that they are not responsible for that kind of thing
          plzz look at this prooblem

              Sub:: Refund of amount in Rs 6291/- of R-701 against illegal charged

              I had discussion with concerned team over telephone on 16/04/21, 19/04/21, 21/04/21 and 22/04/21 held with different executives of Paramount Emotions 's Common Area Maintenance office regarding refund of maintenance charge of R 701 for which I have sent several mails dated 16/04/21 at 1:18 PM, 1:33 PM and 2:51 PM with handover paper & bills raised by premium facilities and money receipt.

              In above context; I would like to mention few points in brief.
              1- I have taken over the flat R-701 on 10th Oct'20. Please find the attachment.
              2- An illegal bill raised by your office dated 13/04/21 amount to Rs 6290.98/- against "Common Area Maintenance Charges" for the
              M/O April'21. Please find the attachment.
              3- Before entering into the flat; as per your MAINTENANCE IN-CHARGE's instruction, I was forced to deposit the above mentioned
              amount immediately. Only after that, I shall be able to enter into the flat.
              4- After that, I have deposited Rs 6291/- dated 16/04/21 through net banking for which a money receipt has been issued by your
              maintenance in charge. Please find the attachment.

              After discussions with different executives in Paramount registered office and sending multiple mails; since the handover period of the flat R-701 has not crossed 1 year from the date of handover because I have already deposited full amount for 1 year against Common Area Maintenance charges ( Valid from Oct'20- Oct'21); I was assured from the office that amount shall be refunded in my account but it is deep regret to say that despite of multiple follow up over the calls and mails, still no action taken over from their end.

              Hence, Its my request to refund the extra amount deposited by me against "Common Area Maintenance Charges" for the M/O April'21 as soon as possible.

                My name is sreejith and when I went to your shop with my family from that time onwards I feel very irritated because of their attitude ok anyhow they took the photos and I told them that please send me the photos through mail before taking the print but today your representative called me and telling that there is no internet connection NP nowadays almost all are using smartphones with 4 g connection.
                Another thing is I told them to add some black colour to my hair not fully just in side he told me that he can't do that
                For sending photos through mail they told me to pay 200/- for per pic
                I never ever expected this from paramount

                  It’s really sad to share that I am one week old resident in Greater Noida. Paramount Golf Foreste, we are two friends who own two Villa’s here, A-167 and A-176. My kids of 1.5 year and other 2 kids are living under tremendous fear of DOG ATTACK.

                  After many followup over emails/phones i'm not getting response from paramount representatives for my unit p-1729. I received possession letter, i was looking for some clarification on which i'm not getting any response. I dropped 1st email on 22nd dec. Till now dropped around 15-16 email but no response on the same. I talked to paramount cc multiple times but still no response which causing delay in payment and possession. I talked to aradhana and gurpreet. Always getting response that we will check and let you know. Since more than 1 month i'm just waiting for response on my concerns, so i can pay final amount but in lack of response not able to pay the same.

                  Way the executive handling customer really disappointed and not very effective.

                    My unit no is j-1303 and we have already paid the entire money with advance maintenance charges and club usage charges in may as per agreement and builder has also issued us the noc but as our registry is included in the bba and is to be paid by the builder. They are not paying it since may 2019 and neither they are giving us the possesion. We have approached several times and wriiten mails numerous times but there is no response. The staff is very non co-operative and behave very ridely. Ms laita is always telling lies and says that we will get it done in next 15 days every time we speak to them. This is cheating as when the oc and cc has been obtained and when we have paid the entire money we are not getting our flat. This is very unprofessional. They are just delaying it without any reason. We are being harassed and we are paying the bank emi and losing on the rent as well. Please be considerate and handover the flat to your good customers who make timely payments. This is very difficult for us as we need to shift immediately. When you have taken the entire money then why are you not getting the registry of the flat done. Also they have not informed us regarding the penalty from the authority for getting late registry done. Where is our fault the delay is done by the group and not us.
                    You are please advised to resolve this asap or else we shall resort to the other authorities to take action.

                    Kindly get the registry done and give possession of the flat.

                      We had registered for allotment of a flat in your society and had paid the full token amount of inr 51, 000.
                      The mentioned above property is, unit 101, tower-apricot, 1st floor, size-1730 sq ft.
                      Because of the unfavourable conditions with this deal, and not getting the property as was shown to us, we lost interest and moved to other options. Currently, we have no thoughts of carrying forward with the property registered and request you to initiate the refund process.
                      Members from my family have already been writing to you regarding the same for long, but no action has been taken. We would be greatful to you if you look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest.

                        We have book one Studio apartment in Paramount Golfforeste, IN Noida . we are having hell lot of problem with this Developer .

                        1) They assured us earlier that they will give our EMI to the TATA Capital (from where we have taken Loan) till possession, but Paramount didn’t give the EMI till possession and we are giving now EMI to TATA after some time.
                        2) They are not giving possession on time .
                        3) We have elected the Furnished apartment but now they are giving us Unfurnished apartment forcefully

                          Registry fee for flat l-805 paramount on dated 14feb 2019 was submitted but builder ask to submit late fee from 11th feb 2019. They did not have issued any latter for intimation of registry. Now paramount is telling that registry can be done after late fee inclusive period from 14th feb 2019 onwards also at which fee was submitted. Then why i should pay late fee for the period after 14feb 2019. Please ask builder to do my registry as per rule as delay is not from my side.

                            Hi mukesh ji (Managing director paramount group)

                            Everyone understands the fact that you are quite busy person, but if have good customer care team to resolve all the issues there itself then no one will disturb you.
                            I request you to please educate them so that they can behave professionally.

                            Now, i have a unit in golfforeste p-415 and just because of your unprofessional banking team they have charged me late payment fee..
                            However as per bank they have issued the cheque on right time but your team has not entered to system.
                            I enquired two years back and your team accepted the issue (Banking team) and ensured that we will rectify and remove the penalty.
                            But they haven't since then and cheated me with false assurance.
                            Now on offer on possession, they still have charged me the same amount..
                            This is one of the small issue which your customer and banking team helped me out 2 year back but now your unprofessional team has left me to complain everywhere to get it work.
                            Can you please help me out? Or give me your 10 minutes from busy schedule to help me?
