Sir,
I am a policy holder issued by you through paramount health services p. Ltd.
My policy no. 240600/46/14/[protected] & phs id : na pun 22799065 jio & jio sa id : 068651 valid upto[protected]. I have submitted post hospitalization claim on[protected]. After that i received a mail on[protected] asking few original documents which was already submitted. I replied that mail on[protected] about late submission & clarification about documents submitted..
After that again i received the same mail & i replied & i somehow managed the original documents again & submitted on[protected]. After that i continuously & compassionately calling to paramount but nothing happened. I didn't received any reply from them. No responsibilitywas taken by any one.
Today again when we called on given number miss sonali advised me to talk to mr vardhman patravali & gave his number. But as usual call was not attended by him. Again we called to call center where miss pooja mishra received my call. She also tried to talk to mr. Vardhman patravali but she too was unable to get connected to him. Finally she gave me the other mail id & committed me that mr. Vardhman patravali will call me up today it self. She also suggested to complain on other id given by her.
I request you to please look in to matter & do the needful as early as possible.
