Paramount Group Of Companies — Lazy customer care and head office staff

I have booked a unit with Paramount Golf-foreste unit.I was called for registery purpose of my aforesaid property on 08.09.2015.But to my suprise my documents were not ready, I was asked to come after 4pm.I must tell that no one from Paramount confirmed that I had to come on some specified time.I was told that my stamp papers were not received by paramount on time whereas as per the lawyer allocated to me, he showed me a receiving of 11.08.2015 which showed my stamp papers were submitted before time.I have one qusetion from the Paramount People, how can they use stamp papers that were issued in my name?????I tried to contact the customer care for same but my call was put on hold.And after sometime they started ignoring my calls.Same was the experience with Corporate Office Staff.I want someone responsible from Paramount to call me and explain their behaviour and conduct.
