I have booked a flat in year 2015 in happiness Hub q, paid almost 8 lacks
my flat was on 12th floor - they told me I need to pay for stamp duty and registration.after following couple of months got to know it wont happen.reason is they haven't got permission for 12th floor -
I have canceled my flat (they have canceled booking - gave me option of other floors - which is not possible ).still after one year i haven't received my money -forget about interest.can someone help me into this.i have been promised that will get my money after three months . My question is almost one year they had my money, its not my mistake - they don't have permission for 12th floor still they allowed me for booking and asked money.
