I have booked a flat in year 2015 in happiness Hub q, paid almost 8 lacks
my flat was on 12th floor - they told me I need to pay for stamp duty and registration.after following couple of months got to know it wont happen.reason is they haven't got permission for 12th floor -
I have canceled my flat (they have canceled booking - gave me option of other floors - which is not possible ).still after one year i haven't received...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I had booked my flat in D building flat No 708 Akaashdeep Phase II Dhayri in 2005. I was one of the earliest members to book the flat along with my friend Mr Kedar Kulkarni in Building C of the same schemes . We had opted for the covered parking and which was assured by your sales persons at the site. Accordingly we made the agreement and paid the amount to you as per your demand.
