I was hired by this fraud company on 26 dec 2017 and i was interviewed by mr swapneel who was the branch manager at connaught place. At the time of the interview, i had clearly mentioned that i have a background in operations, not for sales. They lied to me and hired in their operations department. Later after joining, when i was given the responsibilities of sales not of operations, raised this matter to swapneel and still he lied to me that we will give you sales as well operations and the owner mrs. Sapna jain started abusing me using filthy languages which i had opposed that time. A few days later, i was infected by some skin disease for which they sent me on leaves which i didn't even ask for. After my joining again, they planned to threw of me out of the company without any prior notice. Later i decided to leave the company for which they have forced me. I had informed swapneel about my resignation properly as he was my reporting manager and also told him release my 1 month salary as i have vigorously worked.
After resigning i continued to follow up for my salary because i told them that i am only the sole earner in my family as my mom is a retired government officer but they were so inhuman instead talking in professional manner they started threatening me that if i claim the salary they will file an fir against me. Moreover i got calls from a personal no. - [protected] (Name on true caller as sapna jain) and a person who said he is from the marketing department of paras holidays threatened literally if i dont delete the google review about their company they will torture me and they will file an fir against me and sue me in court.

Is this the way an owner of the company should behaved with her ex employee??? Such a shameful and obscene person she is. The whole paras management is corrupted and only knew how to run their company on their fellow employees salary.
