Hello Team,

We, Sudarshan and Chanchal Goel, was planning to go for EU tour prior to COVID hit us. As you are acutely aware, given the current COVID-19 situation and guidance by our Honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi for the lockdown, we envision that travel for elderly above 70 years isnot recommended. This coupled with our age (73 and 71), and co-morbid conditions, puts us in high risk category. Given the situation, we definitely won't be able to travel outside India within next 1 year. Hence, I write to you today to consider the situation and refund us the full amount at the earliest. We were charged INR60, 000 for Visa fee but Paras Holidays didn't initiate the Visa process; hence, we request for full refund at the earliest.

    I have booked a europe trip with paras holidays for 15 june. I wanted it from ex mumbai. They have asked for rs. 6000 per person extra if i want the trip ex mumbai. I was ready to pay 6000 per person extra. But now one of you co-ordinator named "kiran" is asking me for 11000rs. Per person. I am not at all in a position to pay 5000 rs. Extra. Kindly help me with the situation

      We have enquired about european trip for the month of june and we have paid the token advance after receiving advance they r not at all responsibility properly, i had a talk with mrs preeti we were having a conversation, after she said to talk with mrs. Kiran and after that she said to talk with supreet we r not able to understand whom we have to talk, we need to talk with m. D as i have paid amount to them, whomever going to book be careful and sir pls solve my problem as soon as possible as it's just 1 month to go

      Today I had a talk with miss supreet she said talk with Preeti, y they r keep on making we to talk with each, finally I want to know who is the really incharge of the trip, or else return my amount which I paid as advance

      Anybody who is thinking of paras holiday beware, staff r not well trained they are unaware of information but they speak very nicely, anyone will pay money, I just need my information properly and should be guaranteed of my money which given before 1.5 month, I hope for the better coordination so that I would be satisfied with Ur company and if not possible just returned my amount

        We had taken Europe package from you for 2nd June departure at your terms and payments as per your requirement only, we had fullfiled 100% as per your terms and we need only best quality service and tour manager but the things are just opposite WE HAD A HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH PARAS

        We were into a big trouble due to by extremely bad service provided by you regarding the third class Airlines Alitalia given to us may be due to very cheap rates where our all luggages were misplaced and no help from Paras side for assistance.

        Not only this, on our arrival on reaching the hotel after filing an PIR at airport office there was not any tour manager at the hotel. The hotel manager refused to give us rooms and we waited from 2:10 to 8.30 pm in the hotel lobby for ur help. Not only this Ms. Kiran in your branch in Delhi behaved very rudely, did not cooperate even stop taking our calls. My wife medicines were there in our luggage.we were in trouble in other country and instead of helping your staff Iltreated us.

        Another issue you have mentioned 4th star but hotel is not eligible for even 1 star no service, no air conditioning, no towels and damaged room.

        Next day when we were on Paris tour the tour manager assured us to help on reaching hotel regarding our luggage but Mr. Santosh refused to do so. Mr. Sanotosh stated that he works for TULIP TRAVELS not PARAS HOLIDAYS and he does work here for free lancer for paras and so I can’t help you for the same.

        We were told earlier that our tour manager was able to speak all three languages English, Hindi and French but he could not even communicate in English, french was ...Even we were not able to visit third level of Eiffel Tower as assured by you in your package again due to mismanagement .

        The story did not end here next day we left for airport for receiving our luggage and we called Mr.Santosh to wait for us for 15 mins but on reaching back he yelled at my wife such a treatment was not tolerating at all . Not on this in the evening we had to come back at 6.30 pm from Disney Land and he announced in the bus that if anyone reached after 6.30 pm, he would be left but on reaching there we had to wait outside in the night for appprx 3 hrs due to miss management. We all were tired, kids were hungry even older people and ladies with us had to sit on side of road and waited till 8.45 pm. It was really tormenting for all.

        You ask tour guide will talk in Hindi, English and French but our guide is not able to speak even English properly.

        We are very much disappointed as we have paid higher amount and service given is 3rd class.

        DAY 4-7 PARIS TO ENGELBERG
        Here we reached the hotel MOVENPICK – this hotel was good as compared to previous one but here we had to struggle for breakfast, there was an area separated for us where again finding the items to eat is a big concern, some of our guest and other guest from your other tour( Senior citizen group ) went into the other area to have breakfast and shared that that side there is lavish breakfast with so much variety.
        Mr. Dilip The tour manager with other group was very cooperative and helping, at least listen to our problems but he had to manage his work too.
        During our daily visit we got the food untimely sometimes we had to take lunch at 12.30 Pm and some days after having Lunch around 3 pm we were forced to have dinner at 7 pm Even the Menu remained same, no food for Non vegetarian daily we get one Chicken gravy and rice both in lunch as well as dinner. Not only us Jains also faced a lot of problems They also consumed bread with egg one day and they repented later but tour manager just said “ Aaj to ho gaya sab achacha ab Kaal dekhna sab aur Acha hoga” but things are different.
        Mr. Santosh even did not know how to handle a situation, he was always helped by Mr. Dilip for petty issues even because of his this attitude the driver of our bus has to pay a fine of about 600 Euros.
        Even the bus provided to us was not comfortable, not cleaned on regular basis, no provision for washrooms halt on time.
        Day 9
        Hotel GARBADLI – pathetic hotel, very bad breakfast, no AC and even the staff not cooperative, Mr. Santosh always took his room and went for rest if you were facing a problem who bothers, He stated that “ itne paise mein aise hi facility milti hai”
        Even the treatment given to other senior citizen group and us both are different.may be because of Mr. Dilip.
        DAY 10
        Hotel in Florence and Rome were not given as per stated in the handout given to us . now its our problem as we can’t say anything to Mr. Santosh and in your delhi office no one relpies.
        ON DAY 6 I said very bluntly to Mr. santosh that if he treat us the same way I would complaint about him on going back, so he changed his tone and stated going to other people in the group requesting them to say good about him as otherwise it would be a matter of his bread and butter. So other spoke so in the videos shared with you, why didn’t you ask him about my video; moreover all the people in the group were scared that if they spoke anything negative about him may be he would harm them and may ruin our trip.
        All the people in my group are very helpful and cooperative we lived there as a family that was only one good thing about this trip
        Seeing this attitude of the Tour Manager, many times, we the group members had to call up Ms KIRAN/Paras Delhi requesting for settling issues with the Tour Manager. On insistence of Ms Kiran, I had to write a mail on June 5, 2018, briefly writing about all these problems. Still, there was no action towards improvement. These are just a few examples (among many more irritants) of our miserable state during the so-called "Holiday Tour". IN THE LIGHT OF THE AGONY AND MISERIES SUFFERED BY US, I DEMAND A FULL REFUND PAID BY US FOR THIS TOUR.

        I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE PARAS HOLIDAYS
        YOU ARE IN SERVISE INDUSTRY AND IT IS YOUR DUTY TO MAKE YOU CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED.

            fraud company

            I was hired by this fraud company on 26 dec 2017 and i was interviewed by mr swapneel who was the branch manager at connaught place. At the time of the interview, i had clearly mentioned that i have a background in operations, not for sales. They lied to me and hired in their operations department. Later after joining, when i was given the responsibilities of sales not of operations, raised this matter to swapneel and still he lied to me...

            Sapna jain the ceo of paras holidays is the biggest fraudster.
            I was overcharged for airlines 10, 000 per person and we were 2 people. i went to airline office to get to know the paid price and it differ from the price these guys provided. they even did fraud and tampered with prices and changed fixed tax rates
            when i told them they agreed to refund the 20, 000 but its been almost 2 years they are not replying to me now
            kindly help

            Despite of so many follow ups, they don't seem to have courtesy to even respond...

            Please refund the Amount...The letter has been enclosed...

              Never go with paras holidays unless you are prepared to regret later

              (I lodged the complaint on their website on 29th may 2017 and later sent by email. Even after a reminder, there is no response. So, it is clear they don't care after they have got the money)
              I, along with my family, have just returned from our switzerland tour of 8 days which, unfortunately, i was trapped into entrusting to the manager in charge of connaught place office.

              My high priced tour (8 persons for 8 days) was totally spoilt due bad planning and callous/careless approach, besides other things. I missed the connecting flight at moscow for zurich, as enough time was not available at moscow (The landing flight was 10 mins late) to complete immigration and security formalities and walk (With children and hand baggage) from gate 1 (Landing gate) and gate 56 (The new boarding gate at moscow). This resulted in the alternative flight reaching zurich later than the last train for st moritz which was our destination for the day. Further, when i contacted them from moscow for help for train timings from zurich to st. Moritz or help me for availability/booking of a van/taxi, they were totally clueless and said i should fend for myself when i reach zurich. The barakhamba branch manager refused to talk to me when i requested – the person may be busy trying to trap other gullible customers for the company, like me. I had to pay through my nose for 2 taxis from zurich to st. Moritz besides tremendous amount of in-convenience to all including my friends from us and the children. Who is going to compensate for this? As a consequence, our baggage got delayed and reached us much later at zermatt. Either your staff was ignorant/clueless when planning or they did not care for the client.
              Let me sum up that i experience as a high level of post purchase dissonance, as they express in marketing management terms.
              I will cover my experience/ frustration under the following 3 heads :
              - false promises/cheating.
              I had given the manger (Barakhamba branch-in-charge) a detailed quote with prices and inclusions, wchis i was promised will not only be met but bettered. This was breached in almost all aspects :
              - prices were hiked on one pretext or the other.
              - two children (7 yrs and 5 yrs), were to be included for all purposes. But firstly, they were
              Not booked in glacier express; the manager saying that they should go standing for 8 an
              And ½ hours journey. As that is not acceptable, i had to pay for their booking. Secondly, the
              Pretext that “i don’t want to pay for children”, was being used for all the deficiencies like
              Providing promised hotels etc. When the children as part of the package was indicated right
              From day 1 of the negotiations. This phrase was used so often by the manager to blackmail
              And cheat me that i got totally fed up.
              - the hotels promised were 3*/3^ plus in downtown. However, on the pretext of children,
              Some of the hotels provided were budget hotels with a meagre breakfast. One hotel offered
              Was in tasch (Instead of zermatt) which i put my foot down and got changed, but was given
              A budget hotel instead.
              - medical insurance was part of the target proposal that i had sent and accepted.
              However, i had to get it done on my own and pay for the same.
              - mt titlis was part of the package. However, the manager tried to cheat me by saying that
              There was nothing much there and offered two mts. Pilatus and rigi, in lieu. The reason
              Was that mt titlis was to be paid for with swiss rail pass whereas pilatus and rigi were free.
              Of course, i refused to be cheated.
              - lack of knowledge/experience/careless approach. I think i have covered in the narration above.
              - manager's approach/behaviour (Branch manager barakhamba branch).
              - bully and bossy with the customers. Outright rude.
              - always on the offensive, ready to pick up fight for anything, in a loud voice. I was almost afraid
              Of receiving a call from the person as it will either be for asking more money or will end up in
              Dire un-pleasantness. And i did not want to spoil my mood, having committed a huge sum of
              Money.
              - casual and careless, no eye for details.
              - efforts to trick the customers into finalizing deals and then harass.
              - always, projecting as a favour whatever is done, when the same is as per understanding and paid for.
              - not providing a detailed itinerary initially, so that one can go back on any promise/understanding
              During discussions.
              - after taking an appointment with person, i went to the office before the tour to obtain some
              Advice/ guidance but the person was busy planning own holiday and did not spare time for me.
              I feel that the person needs extensive training in customer care/ handling and proper marketing management eventhough the company may be making profits through these tactics. But i can assure you that they will not get repeat business. I had almost finalized singapore/ malaysia with cruise tour for 9 persons in nov 16 which fell through due to different reasons. But, having dealt with the person now, i am happy the deal was dropped and i will never go with paras again till this person is in-charge. Further, i will pass on this experience to my friends and relatives.

                Horrible experience with ms Preeti from karlo bagh office. We were booking a trip for 8 people to Europe, and suddenly she has disappeared- not taking calls etc. It's okay if she couldn't have made the trip, but not taking calls is so unprofessional. We were trying paras for the first time. And we are so so so disappointed. She wasted so much of our time and we couldn't book with any other agencies also. She made false promises and when unable to keep it, she disappeared . We tried complaining on paras Facebook page and website also, but the company seems disinterested in resolving it.

                  I booked the package in November. Paid high amount for side scene and hotel.they suggested me hotel and booked but after i reached there omg there is nothing like what they said ..very poor food .very poor service in hotel facilities are paid.beware of asst manager ashima khan and her assistant aparazita.i called them but they said we cant help.specially side scene company are fake .mr anurag mr saif .. both companies are only for cheat the peoples.think twice before book any tour packages. .non cooperative staff.I'll mannered. Non ethical...never bookkk..they only make fools...

                    I planned my trip with Paras holidays which was the worst decision of my honeymoon planning. ..the moment we stepped in Singapore. ..no taxi came to pick us up at Airport though t was a pvt transfer...it was just the beginning...we went to d cruise booked by Paras ppl n were shocked to c two single far set beds arranged in our room...in addition 300$ per person was told to us as complimentary coupon at cruise. ...which turned out to b only 300 in toto...we stepped out of cruise at harbour front of Singapore and after waiting for 1 hr no taxi turned up (additional gift was a rude n arrogant agent misbehaving about the inquiries )...our problems didn't end here. ..we reached hotel(hiring our own taxi)...n again two far set single beds...hotel management said that they had no information about this by agent, which has to b told to the management while booking... Any one can make mistakes...but these ppl r just not worthy bcoz when to get things a little managed we called n requested them their agent said that u can come and complain..there is no need to call...m sorry I can't help n smashed the phone down! We were amazed ...all this after spending lakhs of rupees...

                      I along with my family (Total 4 persons) just returned on 13th June, 2015 after undertaking an 11day/10night European Tour organised by Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred as "Paras"), 312-322, Gold Plaza Building, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005. Right from start to end, this was a tour full of misery for us due to deceit and false commitments by Paras. On my return, I even tried many times to speak to Ms Kiran and Ms Khushbhu on Monday the 15th June, but one of them attended my call. I requested for Ms Mamta Jain, Mr Naveen Jain and Ms Sapna Jain phone nos and email ids but was refused. I was rather told bluntly by the receptionist that if I have any feedback, I should send through mail. So, having been taken for granted too long, I decided not to put up with such an arrogance and cheating by Paras.Given below are a few factual details justifying my claim. A. Irregular/Unscrupulous Conduct: 1. Illegal Issuance of ICICI Travel Cards on May 20 by Paras Holidays in the names of Jatin Madan and Meeta Madan: Paras got Travel Cards (with Euro money) issued in my and my wife's names without our consent. I had to spend almost half of the day(in chasing Khushbu in Paras and then following up with ICICI) on 30th May to get this WRONG undone. Presume, they would have got such illegal cards issued in the names of other other passengers also. NEED A CLEAR ANSWER AS TO WHY DID PARAS RESORT TO THIS ILLEGAL ACT, OTHERWISE, I WILL BE FORCED TO REPORT THIS ISSUE TO THE ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING OF THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. 2.Rs8000 charged by Paras as extra taxes for our Air Tickets: Paras had told me that Rs8000 is charged extra by Oman air on account of additional taxes for my family's tickets. And I was further told that it is transparent and that I can check directly with Oman Air also.On their suggestion, I called up Oman Air Delhi office twice to take details of extra taxes paid. However, they refused to give me any details related to Taxes on our tickets. THIS AMOUNTS TO MAKING EXCUSES (OR COOKING FALSE REASONS) TO FLEECE THE CUSTOMERS. B. Fake commitments/Wrong Information: Example 1: Intimation about Tour Manager 1. Information by Paras: On June 1 at 5.20pm (Approx 14 hours from our flight departure), we received a mail from Ms Kiran [protected]@parasholidays.org) conveying Mr Brahm Singh Yadav as our tour manager. We were also given his phone no as [protected]. 2. Reality: Totally Different (i) Mr Yadav didn't receive any calls on the phone number given by Paras making us UNDULY ANXIOUS. On second or third day, we discovered that there was another phone number being used by Mr Yadav. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM PARAS ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION RELATED TO THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER OF OUR TOUR MANAGER. (ii) To our surprise, a person (different from Mr Yadav) received us at Paris airport and another (third person) guy (Mr Chandra) came at 9am to take us for "Paris city tour" on the morning of 3rd June (next day of our arrival in Paris). We had no formal information from Paras about these two guys. In a foreign country, we were being managed by total strangers without any formal intimation from Paras. On checking with Paras/Delhi on phone, we were told that Mr Yadav is struck in traffic and he will reach us by 2pm on 3rd June. (iii) The Third guy (Mr Chandra) took us around for a tentative brief tour of Paris with the passengers confined to the bus mostly. Even after completing our lunch, Mr Yadav was still not with us. We were then taken to Eiffel Tower by Mr Chandra and were asked to wait till Mr Yadav joins. (iv) Finally Mr Yadav joined us at around 5pm Paris time together with another group from London and then started for the ticketing process for Eiffel. NONE OF PARAS DOCUMENTS CONVEYED THAT OUR DESIGNATED TOUR MANAGER, MR YADAV WILL JOIN US LATE ON 3RD JUNE AND THERE WILL BE A STOP-GAP ARRANGEMENT TILL HE JOINS. 3. Consequences: We ended up wasting the time till 5pm on 3rd June, 2015 with an adhoc city tour accompanied by an unannounced tour manager (Mr Chandra). 4. Questions to Paras: (i) Since our designated tour manager, Mr Yadav was accompanying another group coming from London, that means Paras knew it all. IN THAT CASE, WHY DID PARAS NOT FORMALLY INFORM US ABOUT MR YADAV'S LATE JOINING? SUCH AN HONEST ADMISSION WOULD HAVE GIVEN US AN OPPORTUNITY TO MANAGE OUR OWN TIME INSTEAD OF HAVING A LAST MINUTE SUBSTITUTE SPOILING OUR DAY. (ii) HOW CAN PARAS GIVE (BARELY 14 HOURS BEFORE GROUP DEPARTURE) A WRONG/NON-CONNECTING PHONE NO OF MR YADAV TO ALL CUSTOMERS? Example 2: Misleading information on travel time 1. Information from Paras: As Printed in Paras booklet of 2015 and also shared with us on mail (dated 6th May from Ms Khushbu of Paras), the travel times were conveyed as follows; (i). Paris-Swtizerland: 6hours 49 minutes by Bus (ii). Innsbruck-Venice: 3 hours 54 minutes by Bus (iii). Venice-Rome: 6 hours 15 minutes by Bus (iv). Rome-Milan: 6 hours 20 minutes by Bus 2. Reality: (i). Paris-Swtizerland: over 10 hours (as against 6 hours 59 informed by Paras) (ii). Innsbruck- Venice: over 8 hours (as against 3 hours 54 minutes informed by Paras) (iii). Venice-Rome: over 8 hours (as against 6 hours 15 minutes informed by Paras) (iv). Rome-Milan: over 10 hours (as against 6 hours 20 minutes informed by Paras) 3. Consequences: The wrong travel time information shared by Paras mislead us to believe that we will have enough time for sight-seeing. HOWEVER, WITH REAL TIMES TAKEN AS STATED ABOVE, WE WERE GIVEN JUST 1 TO 1.5 HOURS BY THE TOUR MANAGER FOR SIGHT-SEEING AT EACH OF THE LOCATIONS. IMAGINE TRAVELLING 8-10 HOURS FOR SIGHT-SEEING OF JUST 1- 1.5 HOURS!!! THE TOUR GUIDE DIDN'T EVEN COVER ALL THE PLACES LISTED BY PARAS IN THEIR INFORMATION BROCHURE SHARED WITH US. 4. Questions to Paras: (i) WHY REALISTIC TRAVEL TIMES WERE NOT SHARED WITH US? FYI, NONE OF THE TRAVELS WAS AFFECTED BY TRAFFIC!!! (ii) WHY DID THE TOUR MANAGER NOT COVER ALL THE PLACES LISTED BY PARAS IN THEIR INFORMATION BROCHURE? Example 3: Bus facility 1. Information from Paras: As conveyed to us, the bus would be a comfortable one with an emergency toilet. 2. Reality : (i)The bus didn't have any emergency toilet. There was a small TV screen but that was also not working. IMAGINE, WE HAD TO UNDERTAKE SUCH LONG TRAVELS IN A BUS WITHOUT ANY EMERGENCY TOILET AND WITHOUT ANY BASIC VIDEO/ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. (ii) WORST OF ALL, THE BUS HAD TO BE STOPPED ( DUE TO SMOKE AND A STRONG BURNING SMELL IN THE REAR PART) FOR NEARLY AN HOUR DURING OUR PARIS-SWITZERLAND TRAVEL. (iii) The bus drivers didn't know English and were not skilled enough. Many times driver went roaming unnecessarily for 1~2 hours locating the destinations in spite of having GPRS systems. THIS PUT A LOT OF TIME PRESSURE ON US (THE GROUP MEMBERS) AND WE WERE LEFT WITH A LOT LESS TIME EVEN FOR OTHER NECESSARY ACTIVITIES (LIKE SLEEP) DOES THAT MEAN THAT THE BUS SERVICE HIRED WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY? 3. Consequences: Such long travels turned out to be boring and uncomfortable. We wasted a lot o[censored]ncalled for time (when the driver was just looking for the location) inside the bus. Example 4: Tour Manager's persistent complaints about lack of adequate money from Paras. DUE TO THIS THE TOUR MANAGER HAD VERY LITTLE TIME/INTEREST TOWARDS ENSURING QUALITY SIGHT-SEEING. Seeing this attitude of the Tour Manager, many times, we the group members had to call up Ms Meenu Walia/Paras Delhi requesting for settling issues with the Tour Manager. On insistence of Ms Kiran, I had to write a mail on June 11, 2015, briefly writing about Examples 2 and 4. Still, there was no action towards improvement. 5. EXAMPLE 5: POOR QUALITY HOTEL CHOSEN LIKE HOTEL OLYMPIA IN AXAMS NEAR INNSBRUCK. IT WAS PATHETIC. I EVEN HAVE THE VIDEOS OF OUR ROOMS OF STAY. THE TOUR MANAGER HAS ALSO GIVEN THE FEEDBACK TO PARAS SPECIALLY ON THIS HOTEL. These are just a few examples (among many more irritants) of our miserable state during the so-called "Holiday Tour". IN THE LIGHT OF THE AGONY AND MISERIES SUFFERED BY US, I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF RS5, 71, 984 (RS FIVE LACS SEVENTY ONE THOUSANDS NINE HUNDRED AN EIGHTY FOUR ONLY) PAID BY US FOR THIS TOUR.

                        Dear sir As per verbal discussion held with Khusboo mam (marketin staff). that there will be no increment in tour cost except the rate of euro taken 67 at the time of booking ..she told before applying for visa she will issue the tickets as soon as u give advance. Accordingly I gave advance of Rs 80000 vide receipt nos 10 dt17.04.15.in the name girish agarwal Next payment was made as demanded by company on dt 06.05.15 vide Receipt nos 255, 256, 257, 258 of Rs25000 each in name of girish agarwal, sonia agarwal, ria agarwal, vansh agarwal. Further it was clearly discussed there will be no change in the airfare. But it was mutal understanding was there regarding the rate of euro. Current rate will be considered at the time of final payment after the visa. In group departure airfare is always kept constant . Further I will request not increase in airfare. It's their fault why they have not made early booking. If theybook my tickets at the eleventh hour obviously it will be costly. Just tell me what's the use booking your tour almost two months in advance At last it's not fair .It is destroying goodwill of the operator.                           Booked a tour for us and given advance deposite.Later on company say group is cancelled. So asked them to refund the booking amount.
                          But now almost one month passed only lower staff takes a call and nver revert.

                            Such horrible and illiterate group of fraud people. The company functions only for money and provide third-grade service. The customers are treated like and I would never suggest anyone in this world to get associated with or book a travel trip with this horrible company. ALL of the above negative feed-backs are absolutely true and the positive ones are just given by a bunch of fake people belonging to the company. It's the worst ever company and never even consider the idea of planning a trip with them. The people are a bunch of fickle-minded, money-minded, cheap, rude, pathetic and insensitive freaks. PLEASE NEVER PLAN ANYTHING WITH THEM. This feedback comes out of personal experience, which was certainly very very veryyy horrible. Lie about all the services. People at the office too are big-time liars and fraud. All of this is a scam. Never get into this theft. Totally uncooperative people. POOR hotels, miles away from the main attractions or even the city. Food is topped with insects and other things. Not going would be a better option. Complete and sheer wastage of time, money and energy. The whole vacation spoils due to the petty and cheap acts. It no longer remains a vacation. Very very pooor.

                            I have booked 3 cruises with Paras Holidays in the past 2 years and I can only say I have good experiences with them. I wanted a Norwegian cruise but it was going to be Me My husband and my daughter in one cabin. Our agent Pete said that the cabins on Norwegian were very small and suggested I take a comparable Royal Caribbean cruise. We decided not to take his advise and boy where we sorry. Our next cruise we took Carnival and our cabin was a lot bigger and at the same price so we were very happy.
                            I have been a customer of Paras Holidays for over 6 years booking at least 5 tours or cruises. The last one was a Celebrity Ocean Cruise to the Mediterranean we spent 10 days and it was the most fun yet. We were worried because of some of the reviews we have read on Trip advisor but none of it happened to us so i guess we are lucky. But I find the information on this review site much more honest and helpful. I believe Paras Holidays is a great company to use.
                            You will be punished for using such cheap means to earn money. Such a group of illiterate thieves who have nothing else to do or have none other options in their life. This is just a scam. I warn everyone, please do not trust these .
                            Many people have now seen the true face of this false company and surely it won't last for long. My money is stuck with these people and if they do not return it I will surely take a severe step. I met a lot of people who faced problems worse than mine because of these fraud people. They are out-and-out fraud and this is an absolute SCAM to earn money and nothing else. Keep delaying our trip in the name of delayed visa or other stupid reasons. I will soon report this horrible company. The whole team of members are complete liars who've been trained to cheat people. Very insensitive and cheap people. Cheaters.

                            No abuse is enough for the MDs. (Managing dogs) literally! I'm not over exaggerating. And all the sweet and positive comments anywhere about this company are totally fake just like the company and its employees who will burn in hell for being such cons and making false promises about first class treatment and services which actually was the way I wouldn't even prefer my servant to be treated. Everyday there is more-like a riot in their office with police and consumers shouting and fighting and the MD never shows up or even if that fat lady comes, she pretends to be someone else. She has no balls to face anyone for her hideous deeds. I can't imagine what fate awaits the whole company as its not only me but several other people who have suffered and are wishing bad luck for it.

                              2012 i have tried to book a internal holidays - europe tour for my family of 6 person with paras holiday. They have taken an advance of 1,20,000/- 20 % of the cost which says - non refundable if visa is refused. When i came to know that the company has very poor service i tried to get all my documents including the passport. They never pick up the phone. If they do no one is the concrern higher authority over their. I ask one of the staff who is the owner - they replid mr naveen jain - i tried to complaint to him but they refuse to pass any phone or message. Please solve my problem as the company is not good to handle the client and they are cheating one after the other. I wish to get my money refunded with all the documents which i have submitted.                               why dont anybody go to consumer court against such a bad company.
                              After a lot many family discussions, we finally decided to take up the Paras Holidays package to Hongkong, Singapore and Malaysia. I traveled with my wife and my 11 year old daughter. Needless to say, the excellent services by Paras. Tours has always been appreciated by my family as we have traveled with company before too. Ours was a 11 day and 10 night tour that included 3 nights at Singapore, 2 nights Kuala Lampur, 2 nights at Genting Highlands and 3 Nights at Hongkong. We are very happy with the service we were offered by Paras Holidays.

                                    Please don't buy anything from paras holidays this is totally a fake company with false commitments .The incident is same like mentioned already.I bought a package for dubai from them.But their was no co ordination from them at all when i reached at the airport.when i called the local dubai number given by them they said there is no such prior information and also said i have to now manage to my hotel by myself around 4000 rupees of mine was wasted in stuff like this and also my hotel was very poor I was shown good hotels in pictures but my room was booked in lower class.Also the co-ordination between them and travel company in dubai was very poor > i ahve to make repeated calls to them which was very costly.

Forutnately, i got to meet one of the paras customer who was suffering from Parasphobia and i stopped my payment. The Dog & famously known as Mr Jain & Mrs Jain do not
                                    even talk to those whom they bite. I strongly recomend to inocent clients like
                                    me not to travel with Paras. Mr Dog is such an hole who even do not know how to talk with ladies, once he opens his mouth you can have a lots of lots of & [censored]t. once for my booking i went to their office (address is like you are searching for a saree shop), there i saw thundring action between Police & MDs & clients. It was for demanding money from clients for the services which they even did not book. That day i thought it was as normal as anything. but repeatedly 3 times. i came to know realty about these m*****[censored]rs. I hope after reading this you will not be going to this saree shop.

                                    thanks to PARAS HOLIDAYS for making my trip such a memorable one but for all the bad reasons. Their commitment to provide best service was just a promise in words but practically they just take you for granted once you have given them the package cost. everything about my tour to singapore and cruise was excellent except the services of travel agent for which I trusted PARAS HOLIDAYS. The more the big name Paras Holidays has, the less the qulaity of service they provide. Even after complaining on several occasions during my tour from abroad, no action was taken to see that the complaint about the service doesnt come again. But to my surprise, my trouble continued pick up airport till drop at the airport at the end of tour. They were never on time during my pick ups. I had to wait for more than 45 min everytime I had a pick up.

                                    I started my tour at the bad note with PARAS HOLIDAYS and also ended at the bad note .

                                      I saw newspaper advertisement of paras holidays pvt ltd. and decided to call them to enquire about a holiday package.

                                      A lady picked my call and connected me to their europe department .after talking to them for two days and also complete follow up they sold me package for 90,000 rupees which was high from market standards
                                      But when i asked them about it they said its the quality package they are giving .But when i went for the your there was nothing was like that
                                      There were poor hotels,bad communication between the travel company and people here in europe.

                                      SO i request everyone to please check everything about the hotel and food reviews before leaving from india whether its paras holidays or some another company.

                                      I am totally disagree with Mr Tarun and Ms Jyoti.I had also travelled with Paras Holidays and they made my package so woderful tht i had a great time with my family.I haven't faced a single or small problem, they have given us full and final detailed list of emergency contact list, gud eating joint list even best shopping list too.
                                      I do not agree with Mr. Tarun. Europe would not have been a better experience if it wasn't for Paras Holidays. Perfectly planned trips, great food, comfortable stay at good hotels, and most importantly wonderful and knowledgeable tour manager for making this a very memorable tour. we look forward to another exotic vacation with Paras Holidays.

                                      Before booking they are available all the time and after that they even don"t know waht are you talking about. Sandeep ( Tour Manager ) is a fake guy, Surbi ( Tour Manager ) is a fake girl and Mrs. Sapna Jain M.D is the mother of all fake people.

                                      hey this is very true that this company always offers very good commitments and make false promises but when the payment comes to them they don't bother for customers i have worked with them and they promised me appraisal but when i went to Mrs.Sapna Jain she denied about any commitment and also while i was in the company i saw same things in the company...how to make fool of customers

                                      It was a nightmare


                                      On the last day they fleeced me with additional amount for the trip
                                      since i already had made payment to them i was in a soup.

                                      1 They said some part of payment will be in euro.Since euro dipped drastically i thought i will end up paying less-but they did not agree
                                      2 They changed the schedule of travel completely without our knowledge
                                      3 They give just one or 2 hours to travel at one place-you end up spending only few minutes at these spots.
                                      3 in london they showed us everything sitting in a bus
                                      2 In paris they gave us 30 minuteds to view museum
                                      3 In paris they showed most of monuments by bus - no time to get down
                                      4 In cologne in paris they took us to a market without showing any tourist place
                                      5 In venice they gave just 2 hours to go and come back
                                      6 In eiffel tower they just took at 2nd level instead of 3rd level
                                      7 Most of the hotels we stayed were in small towns away from the main cities - giving no access to city.
                                      8 In brussels they showed most of the monuments by bus

                                      ONGC had booked a full trip with them and they had to go to police and media to ensure their trip

                                      I totally agree with all those having negative feedback about Paras Travels. They are a group pf complete fraud people (By all of them, I mean each and every one of them be it the clerk, marketing girls or their MD).
                                      They are not at all worth relying on. Few people to name are Juhi (Marketing), Ratan (Visa Deptt.), their MD Naveen Jain & Sapna Jain. All are a big time fraud. Please be aware of them AND DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF CHOOSING PARAS TRAVELS FOR YOUR ANY KIND OF TRIP.

                                      hey i completely agree with all the comments above... we went to the europe tour by this agency this year in june and all the commitments made by this company was totally fake. our tour manager was surbhi. firstly she delayed our tour to another date because of delay in their own services for visa applications. the guide of our tour was himself new so how could he show us all the tourist places... he himself was into earning money from us by any means...he took money for the sight seeing from us again and didnt even show anything. the accomodation facilities were poor.. hotels were far away from the cities and the guide used to stop the bus far away from the hotel at midnight and we had to walk by ourselves carrying the luggage.we were not given time for shopping and visiting good places because the guide was unaware about everything.
                                      Now after returning we are trying to be in touch with surbhi and other people handling the tour but no one is attending our calls.we even used to call from our tour itself but the people in the office didnt consider our complaints... before everyday they used to correspond with us because they needed their money.. they dont have the value of the money we spent on them. agency with all these false commitments and poor customer service i request the visa officials to not provide visa to certain agencies who cant even keep their words and there only need is to earn money from naive people who suffered a lot because of paras holidays tours.
                                      P.S. surbhi even said to us that we'll arrange a meeting with the director but we didnt get any call for the meeting...still waiting..

It was for demanding money from clients for the services which they even did not book. That day i thought it was as normal as anything. but repeatedly 3 times. i came to know realty about these m*****[censored]rs. I hope after reading this you will not be going to this saree shop.

                                      Greetings to everyone!!! Paras Holidays is a place where you will loose all your happiness, peace and self control. After the booking amount is paid, they will overnight turn from sweet guys to monsters. They are very rude, will keep you in tenterhooks, you will ultimately, to buy some peace and finally go to the holidays; you will end up loosing both financially and mentally with such a nasty experience. They will tell till the last moment of the trip that we will get the visa (if you are travelling abroad) and moment the trip leaves they will ask additional money and say that they will manage the visa next day. Now sick of everything you decide not to go, now they will say its not our fault, embassy has not provided, so pay the full amount of tour package as we have made all booking and purchased air tickets etc etc. They are not just bothered whether you are a lady or child, they will harass you, scold you, and make you look mean and humiliated. They are the most unprofessional and when you need to contact them the most, they will not pick up your mobile phone call.

                                      Just Interested in Money and can go to Any Extent to harass your Nears and Dears. They are very sweet before booking but turn into money sucking, mentally torturing monsters.!!! Watch Out !!!
                                      The comments of the people about paras holidays are mixed one. It is a fact that we went to Europe tour last year and we had very good fooding there but when we demand about that. If we do not say anything, they serve very poor food. It is a fact that Sapna Jain has some problem with the customers. She talks very rudely. Their links with the European hotels were also very poor. We had to wait very long in London for the rooms. But still we would like to go by Paras tours and travels as they serve all the meals and we do not have to go here and there for food.

                                      Paras Holidays is a fake company.. we have planned our trip for 12days and they provides us a pathetic bus with an Italian driver who doesn't know English.

                                      We were 40people gt suck on highway and our pathetic bus got fired there and Paras Holidays could not arranged any bus for us.. for 3 days we were continuously contacted them for it but they dint changed/provided any bus... finally we took help from Police there and they helped us for it.

                                      They don have any branches apart from Karol Bagh, if you have any problem in Europe you cant contact them coz now hey are in India hey cant do anything abt it..

We booked a tour package to europe for june 2011 and the company till the last date did not confirm our visa arrival. When we reached their office on the departure date they told us that our visa's has been rejected. When we asked for refund after deduction of visa expenses the company straightway refused. Till date Ms Surbhi does'nt pick our cell phones neither does she refunds the money. Never book any tours from them if you want to lose your money. I have booked tour for Europe last year, at last monument they told us that kitchen van has been cancelled when I asked them to cancel my booking, but they said your visa have come and you have to go, and pay in full otherwise we will not give your passport.

                                      I had booked a US holiday with pras Holidays for my parents. My younger brother stays in US and hence they had to arrive in US a week before the tour starts. They took the money and did not hand over the tkt itenary to us. Just 24 hrs before they handed over the itenary which was shokcing and said nothing can be changed I will advise people not to use Paras Holidays . They are nothing less then cheats. They dont honour their committment ever. Better go through MNC cos even though if they charge more. On the day of departure they asked for 16000 more and they promised that they will change the itneary. They never changed the itenary and charged extra.. AVOID PARAS HOLIDAYS. Get everything signed from them in STAMP Paper. Their customer agents Rekha and Nikunj cannot be trusted..I have a strong feeling that some employees are running a parallel company within Paras without the knowledge of the owners

                                      . Hi, We started from Mumbai Airport... tour guide was really co-operative since lot of people were traveling for first time he gave all tips and right guidance. All other local guides were really good. They could have given more time for Singapore than Bankok and Pattaya. But I think they tried to balance the cost. Well time planned in Spore for shopping and site seen. You can also ask your guide what to buy from where. He can guide you a lot in terms of electronic item purchases. I think I will give them all points in terms of value for money... I am very happy with PARAS HOLIDAYS

                                      very nice service.. We hired a small mini bus for our office trip to Goa from them.. They gave us good driver.. They also have arrangements for big busses and sleeper busses for long distance and large group tours! i like the drivers as well! very experienced and safe! they charged for the return journey! with 2 night halts! very reasonable! Recommended!

                                      I have booked 3 cruises with Paras Holidays in the past 2 years and I can only say I have good experiences with them. I wanted a Norwegian cruise but it was going to be Me My husband and my daughter in one cabin. Our agent Pete said that the cabins on Norwegian were very small and suggested I take a comparable Royal Caribbean cruise. We decided not to take his advise and boy where we sorry. Our next cruise we took Carnival and our cabin was a lot bigger and at the same price so we were very happy.

                                      We went to Mauritius on our honeymoon. We selected this place because of the beautiful beaches, serene environment and romantic aura all around. Our honeymoon was planned and managed by Paras. We stayed at Casuarina Resort which is a 3 star resort. I must say it had great facilities and we felt we were staying in one of the best hotels. There were comfortable coaches for traveling to the beautiful sightseeing places. It was indeed a dream holiday. Food arrangement was good with various add-ons and goodies like tea/ coffee, juices, ice creams at various sightseeing destinations. I would like to put this point that the quality of food can be worked upon. Otherwise, everything was just awesome. Thanks Paras for giving a great start to our new life…!!                                       We reached couple of places after they were closed in the evening as driver was unaware of the timings.
                                      Reached at london airport, no one was there to pick up, had to call paras office back in india, driver came after 2 - 3 hours and we had to wait at the airport.
                                      We were strangled and left to accept what was going on.
                                      Genuine advice - please spend some extra bucks and prefer any other travel company

                                      1st of all, the negative comments you are writing, it doesnt make any sense. Going abroad is not a cake walk. you people want all the services that you get in india itself. But Alas! this is not possible.                                       Paras holidays is a worse experience i ever had. I am not a client of paras Holidays i am a ex-employee of Paras Holidays.

                                      This company MD Mrs. Sapna Jain is a fake women she working in this industry by two different names called Sapna Jain and Meenakshi Jain. She always misguide her clients and employees. Her office environment is pathetic in terms of women safety you can say. Her husband "the director of the company is such a cheap and manner less human".

                                      In paras holidays no single employee can work more than 01 or 02 months except two three employees. Those are getting extra commission or you can say a bribe for staying at Paras. Mrs. Sapna Jain is very good in not giving salaries to her employees on time. She always crying for Money. This is the main issue which most of the employees faced every time.

                                      She is also black-mailing her employees by forwarding their pictures to public / travel companies by mentioning that these employees are Frauds... LOL. She doesn't understand what respect she has or have in travel market. People calls her and her some lady employees... W****... because she offered such kind of things to her employees. There are so many things to tell but i am requesting to those innocent peoples who wants to join Paras... please do not ever thing to go Its better to stay home and be a jobless rather than employee in Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd.

                                      My tour for Europe +UK is starting on 30th May and I still have not received my passport.
                                      I am highly disappointed with their customer service, just to get a copy of my visa I have been calling them since morning and I still ahve not got it. Called them five times and every time they say theat they will send in 15 minutes.

                                      most of the times they do not pick up the call only.

                                      I would recommend never never use their service.
                                      PARAS HOLIDAYS - Extremely bad service - The staff is is not trained at all, they dont know how to talk to their customers. Please dont use Paras Holidays for your tour as they have no experience and do not believe in customer satisfaction. I called them so many times, the receptionist always tells me that the concerned person is not at her seat or is out at lunch - please avoid PARAS Holidays.

                                      this is not happened once.. i visited there office and yelled at them for these things . that day i got a written note from them that these things will not happen again and still this is happening..
