Dear sir
A gift item send by me on date 08.03.2014 (Ee[protected]ae) through ems from uae has reached in apso mumbai on 10.03.2014. A letter from the apso mumbai dated 12.03.2014 reached in ratlam. Mp on date 29.03.2014 claiming the documents required for the customs clearance. I do not know it tooks that much time to receive a post from mumbai to ratlam. If so its shame for our postal service, totally disaster.
I have forward all the documents as mentioned. Send mails and calling the office several times did not made any change in the parcel status.
One of the main thing i forget to mention that, the letter claims the disposal of the shipment will be after 15 days from the arrival date, our postal service is too good that we will receive the letter with in the mentioned time. (Refer the date). I want to know what is the disposal, do they keep it in a safe place or they throw in garbage
Untill today, ie 19.05.2014 i did not receive the parcel.
