Parimatch Aviator — Complaint Against Parimatch for Unexplained Deduction of 1,28,767.47 and Failure to Provide Supporting

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding the deduction of ₹1, 28, 767.47 from my account. Despite repeatedly contacting customer support, I have not received the documentary evidence, complete transaction breakdown, or clear explanation needed to understand and verify this deduction.

Details of the Incident

On 15 October 2026, I was playing Aviator on the Parimatch platform. The following is the sequence of events as I understand it:

1. At approximately 5:43 AM, I received a bonus of ₹200.
2. At 5:43 AM, I used the bonus while placing four bets. All four bets lost.
3. At approximately 5:44 AM, I placed another two bets and won.
4. One of the winning bets was ₹242 at a displayed multiplier of 539.90x, showing a payout of ₹1, 30, 655.80 in the game history.
5. Another bet of ₹204 at a displayed multiplier of 11.10x showed a payout of ₹2, 264.40.
6. I later discovered that ₹1, 28, 767.47 had been deducted from my account.

I have retained a screenshot of the Aviator game history showing the relevant timestamps, stakes, multipliers, and displayed payouts.

Failure to Provide Evidence

I contacted Parimatch customer support and requested an explanation for the deduction. The response I received stated that I had exceeded the maximum permitted bonus usage and that the bonus had been settled correctly.

However, despite my repeated requests, Parimatch has not provided the supporting documents or a complete transaction-level calculation demonstrating how the deduction of ₹1, 28, 767.47 was determined.

I have not received a satisfactory explanation identifying the exact bonus terms applicable to my account, the specific activity that allegedly violated those terms, or how the deducted amount was calculated.

Simply stating that the bonus was settled correctly does not resolve my complaint or allow me to verify the deduction.

My Requests for Resolution

I respectfully request that Parimatch:

1. Refund the disputed amount of ₹1, 28, 767.47 if the deduction was incorrect or not properly authorized.
2. Provide my complete account transaction ledger, including the bonus credit, individual bets, settlements, winnings, withdrawals, and subsequent deduction.
3. Provide the exact bonus terms and conditions applicable when the bonus was credited, including the specific clause allegedly violated.
4. Provide the calculation showing precisely how ₹1, 28, 767.47 was determined and explain whether any legitimate winnings or other account funds were included.
5. Escalate this matter to a senior complaints or disputes team and issue a formal written decision supported by account records.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency, a fair investigation, and the return of any funds that were deducted incorrectly.

The amount involved is substantial, and the failure to provide supporting evidence has left me without a satisfactory resolution. I request that this complaint be investigated urgently and that Parimatch provide a meaningful response rather than another generic message.
