We had terrible customer service from Park Priviera
We have already paid for the service and when we decided to avail the service it becomes a nightmare. We made multiple requests for bookings at their listed Holiday destinations prior to 30 days, as per their policy. Still they never bother to reply and proceed with our bookings. After prolong period of chasing them they asked to modify date and sometimes they asked us to reduce the number of staying days. It feels like we have been trapped.
Under the circumstances, I demanded an immediate and full refund of the entire amount I have paid as an advance. As expected they denied and never provided the service as committed at point of sale.
Given the lack of proper communication and the constant changing of statements and start dates, I lost confidence in Park Priviera's ability to fulfill its commitments. If one wants to go through a mental torture and that too by paying a hefty amount book a tour with Park Priviera.
We are so much frustrated and found no other way to deal the situation except taking legal actions for such a poor service. As we feel like we have been trapped. Was this information helpful? |
