The membership we purchased at The Park Priviera, Valsad

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the membership we purchased at The Park Priviera, Valsad, in 2022. I paid ₹25, 000 for this membership on behalf of my wife, Navik Bhavini.

Despite our numerous emails and WhatsApp messages, we have not received any response from your team. Currently, it seems that we are unable to reach anyone for bookings as we cannot contact your office...

Fraud on membership

Respected to all helping hand team,

We have taking membership since last 2 years. I have register membership on my wife name. Membership policy made my Ms. Leena & her Boss Mukhtar at RPJ hotel, Rajkot Gujarat.
We have planned many time to use our package but all the time we got the same reply like we are not providing service here, Booking is full, facing legal issue... I have connected many times on mail but...

Refund of Membership

On October 2020, I purchased a holiday package worth ₹75, 000/- with the understanding that I would be entitled to 5 nights per year as per your policy.

However, despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department, I have been denied the holiday package and membership benefits. I have received a mail statement from your company stating that the holiday package will not be provided, which is in direct violation...

Holiday Membership Package

I have bought 3 year club membership & holiday package on dt.17/08/2023. at hotel Regenta-sola road, Ahmedabad. I have paid 35000 INR from credit card swipe & then after converted to EMIs.
After continuous follow up still all contact numbers are switched off or unreachable & their website is also not working for member login.

We have taking membership since last 2 years.
We have planned many time to use our package but all the time we got the same reply like we are not providing service here, Booking is full, facing legal issue...

We have paid 80000 ₹ by credit card and still today we are paying the EMI without any use..

We want our money back..

    I have taken membership for the Park Priviera hospitality in June 2022.
    They committed me holiday of 7 days and 8 nights each year for 5 years, extendable for 3 more years, with complementary 2 domestic flight tickets. I have paid Rs 107000 then. But now I am not getting any response for my booking request and no any response for timeline of resuming their services.
    So please help me refund my full amount cancellation my membership.

        Not responding and not giving us booking

        They're just giving excuses in mail that also after 1 week or more than that .. and responding by not available with your booking and scaming us by telling we're all Booked .. we've told them before 4 months and they told yes we'll provide you booking just mail before 45 days ... Still we mailed before 50 days and they told booking are full... They are scammer...! Just return our money damn! Biggest fraud company everr... They're even not...

        Its biggest scam ever that everyone are facing, i have also join by giving 75k on april 2022, and availed hotel for 2 days only, the other services i coundn't got because of there many excuses,
        now no contacts and no mails, and there is no office at there given location in vadodara,
        may the doing the scam like this to many people, this scam may be in crores

          I had purchased membership of The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd Vadodara in April 2022 valid till 2027. After purchasing till today they haven't not provided any holiday stay facility as per the agreement and their promise. Now it looks like they have closed their all operations and Offices as it is found that company's website and email, customer care number, local office staff all phone/mobile are not existing/not functional.

            Membership fraud

            We have taken membership fees for 5 year extendable to 8 year with park priviera -Dipika patel call and inform detail with sales manager NIshith srivastava we have use 2 property 2 time only total pakage allwed is of 36 night and 8 days. bust when i tried to booked last time resort durig dec23 they have not properly respondet and now no converstion as no mobile -email working Total amount paid 1.06 lakhs.

            what i have to do...

            We have taken membership from park priviera from last year now they are not responding to mail or phone for booking .
            We have been cheated . They has done so many promises during taken membership time . But still not any promise fulfilling.
            Only last year we had 2 days stay provided at 2 star hotel in vapi .they promised 5 star hotel but not such a facilities provided That was done after sonmany mails and calls.

            But now they are not responding in any way.
            Now We want to cancel this membership and want all money back ...

              I had purchased membership of The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd Vadodara in March 2023 valid till 2026. After purchasing till today they haven't not provided any holiday stay facility as per the agreement and their promise. Now it looks like they have closed their all operations and Offices as it is found that company's website and email, customer care number, local office staff all phone/mobile are not existing/not functional. Seems that promoters n owners have ran away. In my opinion all effected members should form a group to fight their rights against the scam by starting legal as well as criminal proceedings against the culprits
