Whenever we call them for room booking and for refund they will always tell us to either wait or they tell that they are facing legal problem so they can't book the stays for us. And making many different excuses to not to book.

So I request Consumer Forum to resolve my issue....

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the membership we purchased at The Park Priviera, Valsad, in 2022. I paid ₹25, 000 for this membership on behalf of my wife, Navik Bhavini.

Despite our numerous emails and WhatsApp messages, we have not received any response from your team. Currently, it seems that we are unable to reach anyone for bookings as we cannot contact your office...

I paid ₹1.35 lakhs for a 5-year membership to provide services for my family. Nearly 2 years have passed, and I've only received two single-day local hotel bookings in subpar hotels, with one stay even lacking dinner. Despite repeatedly requesting bookings over the past 12 months, they either change the dates or claim no availability, even when I book 40 days in advance. I had purchased membership of The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd Vadodara in April 2022 valid till 2027. After purchasing till today they haven't not provided any holiday stay facility as per the agreement and their promise. Now it looks like they have closed their all operations and Offices as it is found that company's website and email, customer care number, local office staff all phone/mobile are not existing/not functional.

Company has failed to provide the holiday booking as promised by them at the time of membership. Every time tjey give some excuse and never actually make any booking. Its seems a scam and I need full refund of my amount alongwith interest....

It's a big fraud company whose office in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Please be aware such type of fraud company.

i bought memebrship in 2023 at Marriot Hotel function organize by this cheat company. where Vaibhav sharma & Nitesh is main person who orgainze this.

I have taken membership from park priviera. A travel agent. Who have made me sign a form where written it's terms and conditions

They have made so much of promises to provide services in domestic and international travel
After purchase of membership I asked for services for international. They are not providing as they hve promised to provide in 4/5 star hotels because of their cost advantage

I have bought membership for one year (Rs 22, 500/-) by Priyanka (her mobile no[protected] on 18th Sept 23. Today, I call customer care of priviera at [protected]. Customer care has denied neither your membership extended nor utilized still my membership is going to expired on 18th Sept 23.

We took the member ship of park priviera. On the time of taking membership they were giving so many commitments but now they are not answering the phone or anything. We want our money back. They are fraud company....

The Park Priviera are inviting for dinner at hotel. The Park Priviera explain their services of hospitality. The Park Priviera will tell you about 45 min presentation of company. And then they will explain about membership and they will force you to decide at moment of visit. They will force to pay right now without wasting time.

The Park Priviera will say "We have tie up with big brand like 4 star and 5 star hotels". But actually...

We have taking membership since last 2 years. I have register membership on my wife name. Membership policy made my Ms. Leena & her Boss Mukhtar at RPJ hotel, Rajkot Gujarat.
We have planned many time to use our package but all the time we got the same reply like we are not providing service here, Booking is full, facing legal issue... I have connected many times on mail but they are not responding. One of staff member contact number is active now after two years time. She is replied I don't know about company. I can't able to do nothing for you.

We have Paid Amount: 49, 500₹/-Sale Date: 19thOctober 2022 by credit card and still today we are paying the EMI without any use..
We want our money back... Please help me, I am in depression because of this issues. I want back my money any how.

On October 2020, I purchased a holiday package worth ₹75, 000/- with the understanding that I would be entitled to 5 nights per year as per your policy.

However, despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department, I have been denied the holiday package and membership benefits. I have received a mail statement from your company stating that the holiday package will not be provided, which is in direct violation of the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I believe that I have been subjected to fraudulent practices and a scam, as I have not received the services promised to me. I request immediate action to resolve this matter by providing the refund i.e., 75000/- from Park Priviera.

I have bought 3 year club membership & holiday package on dt.17/08/2023. at hotel Regenta-sola road, Ahmedabad. I have paid 35000 INR from credit card swipe & then after converted to EMIs.
After continuous follow up still all contact numbers are switched off or unreachable & their website is also not working for member login.

I have taken membership for the Park Priviera hospitality in June 2022.
They committed me holiday of 7 days and 8 nights each year for 5 years, extendable for 3 more years, with complementary 2 domestic flight tickets. I have paid Rs 107000 then. But now I am not getting any response for my booking request and no any response for timeline of resuming their services.
So please help me refund my full amount cancellation my membership.

This company is fraud I was take the membership from him with interest 53, 000/- and I was pay online 45, 500/- and now he is not give the any answer or response and don't pick up the call also...

They was Lady Miss Dimple Pandya... Also one more guys whom I was deal with him...

Please help us...

They're just giving excuses in mail that also after 1 week or more than that .. and responding by not available with your booking and scaming us by telling we're all Booked .. we've told them before 4 months and they told yes we'll provide you booking just mail before 45 days ... Still we mailed before 50 days and they told booking are full... They are scammer...! Just return our money damn! Biggest fraud company everr... They're even not picking up calls since more than 2 months!! 😡😡

Its biggest scam ever that everyone are facing, i have also join by giving 75k on april 2022, and availed hotel for 2 days only, the other services i coundn't got because of there many excuses,
now no contacts and no mails, and there is no office at there given location in vadodara,
may the doing the scam like this to many people, this scam may be in crores
