On October 2020, I purchased a holiday package worth ₹75, 000/- with the understanding that I would be entitled to 5 nights per year as per your policy.
However, despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department, I have been denied the holiday package and membership benefits. I have received a mail statement from your company stating that the holiday package will not be provided, which is in direct violation of the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I believe that I have been subjected to fraudulent practices and a scam, as I have not received the services promised to me. I request immediate action to resolve this matter by providing the refund i.e., 75000/- from Park Priviera.
