I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Park Royal Holidays Pvt. Ltd., concerning the fraudulent practices I have encountered regarding my membership with the company. Below are the key details of my complaint:

When I signed up for the membership, I was promised a global booking service, which I was assured would cover various destinations worldwide. However, upon attempting to make bookings, I have encountered several issues:
1. Lack of Response: I have repeatedly contacted your team for bookings, but every time I am given excuses such as "no inventory" or "unavailability" without any concrete resolution.
2. Misleading Information: I was specifically told during the sales pitch that the membership would be valid for bookings worldwide. However, I was later informed that it is only applicable for bookings in two countries—UAE and Thailand. Even with this restricted coverage, I have been unable to secure a booking in Dubai despite multiple requests.
3. Unprofessional Communication: Whenever I call to follow up on the issue, I am asked to send an email. But when I email, I am told to call again for further details. This back-and-forth has been frustrating and unproductive, leaving me without any resolution.
Given these issues, I feel that I have been misled and deceived, and I am requesting a full refund of ₹95, 000. I kindly request that your team look into this matter immediately and provide a prompt resolution.
