We are continuously following up for booking of holiday package they are rejecting saying that there is peak time you may please book after sometimes.

Park royal holidays company is fraudulent.
My membership id: 11919 and I have attached documents.

I have been trying to book 3 nights for 6 people for the last 6 months but park is continuously denying my booking request. I have to change 3 time my date and location just because park royal holidays excuses and they provides the irresponsible excuse to not have inventory for desired location and subject to availability....

These guys of park royal holidays are big cheaters. At the time of selling the membership, they make fake promises and then at the time of booking show unfair excuses. They make you wait for two months and then do not provide the booking.

Park royal never provided booking services on desired date and also whenever we asked they denied on the location also and some time they said we don't have inventory....

This is a fraud company operating all over India and is based in Ahmedabad.
I Purchased the 5 yrs domestic package in June 2022. since then i got just one booking from then onwards i didnt get anything.

First they will sell you package saying this is discounted price and we will give you 4 and 5 star property all over India on any peak season and you have to make payment right now so we are not able to read any terms...

I have been trying to book with these people for the last 8 months. I have given them 2-3 options, but every time they make excuses that the inventory is full or already booked. Now it's September, and my package will end in December. It seems like they are waiting for my package to expire so that they can use that as an excuse to deny my booking. I still have 8 nights left on my package.

I finally managed to get a booking...

MY member ID is 13748 and 13749 and I have taken membership plan and payment of rs 40000 done as their sales manager Rahul Patel and Parag Chauhan had promised me to make a booking of 16 june but after making payment Rahul Chauhan didn't pick my phone never replied and then I make chargeback through bank they email me to refund my money but I didn't receive any money from company.totaly fake promises done by company.never faith on their sales...

From the beginning, I was cheated with first booking, the Hotel was not paid for my stay & I had to pay for stay & later on, they paid the settled amount. It was really crazy experience.

However, now i am trying to make reservations, as per them, all the hotels in india are sold out until September so reservations are possible, Is this kind of joke going on here. It’s really pathetic to...
