Parking Charges — illegal car parking charges at pvp square mall vijayawada

There is a law that public can park their cars free of charge at malls in telangana and andhra pradesh. But, pvp square mall in vijayawada is collecting parking charges, i paid 40 on 17/11/2019. I asked why they are collecting charges as it should be free, but they told that the mall is collecting n there is no rule for them. It is against the law, illegal. Please take action against them.
